I met Alena around 2012 … as a person with disabilities i can assure you she made me feel heard, seen and understood…she made the whole process easy for me to understand… she is very patient ( which I’m extremely grateful for) detail oriented, hard working , available to answer any questions or concerns I may have … gives updates on your case , sends monthly news letters with important information since laws changes all the time .. she makes sure we get the information correctly with links etc … she if for the community! During 2020 she would let us know of resources out there to get help especially with food , supplies for kids etc the list goes on …also she would be the first to let everyone know when the consulate will be around….
