UPS store on Albertoni always friendly and they definitely know their stuff. Helpful. Fast and I've shipped out of state several times and always gets there.

Excellent staff. Very cooperative and helping team. I went for printing, photocopies and Norty service with out appoinment and it was smooth experience. Every thing was done in few minutes and my job was done.
I recommend this place .

Amazon returns are always so simple and free. I looked everywhere at my school and elsewhere for a fax machine only to find my local UPS store had me covered for only a couple dollars saving me from having to wait days for my mail to get there.

Manager Talon saved the day! Usps was closed. Other ups locations were no help! One guy tried to overcharge me at the ups store off of normandie and redondo beach blvd! A different ups store had an associate who refused to answer my question over the phone and said I had to come in person! Talon answered all my questions over phone, kept his word in person, was very professional and nice! Felt like we were friends but I never met him until today! Some of the best customer service I ever experienced and that goes a long way with me! Thank you Talon! PLEASE give this man a raise!!

This UPS store is the best. They are so kind, patient, and helpful. They truly go above and beyond and I’m so appreciative. Randall was extra helpful today and I’m sad that I forgot the other names of the folks that helped me, but almost all of the employees there are wonderful. Grateful this is my go to UPS Store.

I been going to this store for awhile. Business shipping and everytime all staff is very helpful in the traditional style of kind customer service. I love it and will do more business with them for my business.

This is one of the best UPS locations I have ever been to. UPS should use this store as a model for all their other stores that quite honestly are a dam joke. I believe it is Philip that helped me out, I was just dropping off a Chegg book. I was in and out of there in less than 30 second I swear. Amazing store, I will trying to always do my business here and personal business here, even if I have to drive.

Today was my first visit to this UPS Store and it was a very pleasant experience. Ronny was very polite and helpful and offered great suggestions as to how I should send my box. I was in and out in record time. I will definitely go back.

I want to apologize, I did not write the review regarding you answering the phone and I have never been to your store. I live in Texas. I am changing my review to a 5 star because I believe addressing any concern immediately is very important in customer service. Again, I am sorry I have no idea where that came from. Friendliness, quickness and cleanness of the store

I've used them for years there always fast courteous and efficient. Easy to send something on your lunch hour and still have time for lunch. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
