Honestly the worst experience I had with a bank they cancelled my cards but now I don’t got a card so you just cancel my cards for fraud reasons and don’t replace them. The bank has very bad customer service they ask many dumb questions and act brand new even tho you know you have already spoken to them about the same situation multiple times. Honestly I’m just take my money and go somewhere else because customer service shows they don’t care but they gonna care when you take your money with you.

I had an issue with my checking account and I talked to 4 different people for several occasions, every time they told me they needed to talk to their manager and she was not available at the moment (out of office). They have promised me they or manager would contacted me but never has happened. I tried to go there and talk to the manager several times at lease 4 times but unfortunately, she was not there as always. I asked if any other person could take care of this problem, they said no she was the only person has authorized to do this. Unfortunately, my problem never been solved. Very bad customer service. I do not appreciate that. Very poor customer service.
