I get my lips filled and my hair laser treatment done here and I have nothing but good too say! Prices are always affordable and there are constantly deals when it comes to hair removal. Nurse Isabel does my lips and immediately knew she was going to be my fave. She’s very nice, personable and helped me achieve my full lipped dreams! It’s nice to see someone who knows what’s she’s doing and will tell you what will and won’t look good for you so you know you’re walking out as your best version. She talks you through it before, during, and after and when she’s not talking about her work, it’s just fun girl chit chat. Highly recommend her if you want to feel like your bff is doing your lips but has the capability of a pro nurse! Love her!

I received the March diamond glow facial special which came with a bonus set of skinmedica samples and couldn't be happier with my results! My nurse Alicia was a pro at getting me in and out, while talking through the process and explaining the benefits of the facial. She gave me the option to choose my serum and always made sure I was comfortable during the treatment, which took about 30 minutes! My face now feels as smooth as a baby's bottom (and I would know, I have a baby). Can't wait to come back to NLSC for another treatment with Alicia!!!

I finally found my perfect nurse! Although they’re all so nice and sweet, Nafis is going to be my go to from here on out. She was so sweet, honest, knowledgeable, and patient ! I go to Alicia regularly for my giant laser hair removal sessions. Not only is she amazing at what she does but she's just an amazing all around person who I now consider a great friend. She keeps patients calm and comfortable, has incredible patience and is so very experienced at her craft. I look forward to treatments with Alicia, she makes it fun and the time passes by so quickly. Its quite difficult to find someone that you can trust to do your laser with. I always go with Hasmik and she does an amazing job every time. Highly recommend them.

This is the best place for laser hair removal of all skin types and ethnicities! I’m a black woman and I’ve had no issues with them removing my facial hair and my skin pigment changing or anything happening. The staff is very knowledgeable about what you need! I recommend Susanne!!! I love her I’ve been going to her over a yr for partial face just started underarms she’s amazing! Helen at the front desk is an angel I have a hectic work schedule she was able to accommodate me and squeeze me in to the Sunday schedule!!! I mean what more can you ask for! Great service, wonderful people with smiles AND it’s not expensive for both services is $55!

I’ve been going to New Look for years now along with most of my family members. I love this place! They have the kindest and most caring nurses along with the sweet girls in the front that help with anything. The laser machines are so high quality that you can definitely see the progress of your treatments. I’m so glad that I found such a great clinic to do all of my laser and skin needs!

I’ve been at New look for 3 years now. I have NEVER had any issues whatsoever ever. They are very professional and experienced. The environment is welcoming and clean. Booking appointments are very easy with the receptive call center employees. The front desk workers are amazing as they help you get in and out in no time and the nurses are always well informed with every treatment they offer.
