Great new virtual waitlist, friendly staff (especially Shaylyn), and quick & efficient turnaround time. Most importantly, I was very impressed that they did not pressure me to purchase any additional services, vaccines or the store's products. I have been taking my dog here for about 4 years now for their Senior Full Wellness Package and plan to continue taking him here.

These people are saints! Can’t recommend enough. I love how open, efficient, and minimal this place is. No salesman tactics, overpricing, or vet guilt trips. I have an anxious shelter pitbull who needed her annual vaccinations. We had tried 4 times at my local vet, but their tactics were slow and only seemed to psych my dog out more, and it felt like no progress was going to be made. At this VIP Petcare Wellness Center, my dog was stressed out and anxious per usual, but they took her like a champ and made sure to do everything quickly and yet gently. I love that the owner can accompany the dog as well, since mine is much more likely to trust people if I’m present. The ladies listened to me and understood how to handle my dog right away. It can be difficult with a shelter dog who is strong and anxious. They made me so much more relieved like I could keep my girl happy and healthy regularly. Thank you so much!

Great nurses they were very patient and helpful even after my dog growled at them when he knew there was a shot coming. They were professional and treated my dog extremely well thank you

The service here is great! They’re thorough but friendly. I also appreciate how fast they are so it doesn’t stress my pets out being there any longer than they have to. Have been here 4x and only once had to wait longer than 5/10 min. Thanks!

First time here, at both VIP Petcare Wellness Center and at this Pet Food Express (although I had been to this store when I lived in the Bay Area). Wonderful experience with upfront pricing, kind vet and staff, and clear and thoughtful sharing of information regarding what was needed for my new adopted cat. Will be back for both food and routine vet care!

Excellent customer service, the staff is always so generous and they make sure to explain everything to me with detail. Super friendly staff, fast service and reasonable prices.

O appreciate their affordable care plans under $30 a month! Staff here are very attentive and caring. I had a hiccup with a giardia diagnosis that I never received but that was due to a system error and it was really frustrating but I've had over two years with them and not a problem since. Thank you for caring for both my animals

My 5 year old dog received a senior full wellness package on 3/28/23, and the employees did an excellent job at handling him! The prices are very reasonable & they were super quick. I definitely recommend coming here if you need some basic tests or vaccines for your dog or cat :)

The staff is always very friendly and caring. So glad VIP Petcare came down to SoCal!

The price is fair. Even walk-in, it's very fast. People here are very kind and professionals . The most important of all, here carries non adjuvanted vaccine for cats(PrueVax).

The vet and the entire staff were so friendly and answered all my questions. I took my dog who I just adopted for a wellness checkup. Their prices were the best I found (more than half of what other vets charge). It is nice to do business with a team who does not overprice for something that dogs need. I would go back for sure and plan to take my other dog.

What a great service to the community. We like to use the self-service pet wash because of of our dog's fear of water. We needed her nails trimmed though. The techs were so caring and allowed me to be with our pet while they worked. It calmed her down and was so easy.

These fine people are a dream, and it has been great to have them collaborate with us on the health and well-being of Poppy, who has certain special needs. Poppy loves to see them, and we don't know what we'd do without them.
