AT&T Store

Andrew went above and beyond, for my elderly mother. She can easily be taken advantage of, and this store went out of their way to make sure she was taken care of.

Mom said he was very handsome, also. 😆

Everything went smooth. Crystal helped me and she answered all my questions and concerns, very friendly and kind. Evelyn & Jordan are super friendly as well very professional representatives. Overall my experience at this store was great. I will be returning to this location again. -OLM-

I came here yesterday and was helped by Andrea. She literally made my day, she was so kind and professional and knew how to answer every question I had. Before she was able to help me I witnessed her having a really bad experience with one of the customers who got violent with her and I saw there were no other employees on shift with her and I didn’t know how to even help her, because I think we were all concerned for her safety. While she still remained calm and professional. She mentioned to me and another customer that she will be able to help us simultaneously and she did just that. I wish there was more I could do for her, she just deserves to be acknowledged for her hard work and professionalism because anybody else would have left the store after being attacked by a customer. Andrea did the opposite and still was able to help out every customer in a timely manner. I wish you the best Andrea, thank you so much!

Came here recently to switch from T-mo to att.

Andrea helped me out and she was very patient with all my questions and concerns. She made the whole ordeal easy and walked me through the process of everything. Excellent service, and her nails were on point! 💅

On entering the AT&T store I was greeted within 1 minute. Malaysia could teach customer service. She was busy with another customer, but treated me as an important person asking me if she could help me and if I had a question. She finished with the other customer and promptly understood my challenge with my cellphone. She explained what she was doing as she was fixing the phone. With a smile; as if I was her first customer of the day she fixed the problem. Malaysia should be the face of AT&T.

Crystal was amazing! She deserves a raise!! Went in to start my own account while keeping my same number and to get a new phone. While it did take longer than all of us thought it was going to, Crystal had everything under control. Any bump in the road was handled wonderfully and professionally. Left very satisfied. Only suggestion would be for the higher-ups to make sure that their employees are working with the best equipment possible. Most, if not all, the hiccups were due to equipment being slow or not connecting to the internet properly. This store has really great workers, but they can only work as fast as a page can load. If a customer wants good service, this is a solid choice.

I was there getting my husband's old Galaxy 3 phone downloaded into the new phone he received from AT&T. Andrew was professional, friendly and very patient. He understood how this process might be overwhelming for senior citizens. He spoke to me in a way that made me feel like a valued customer. He provided additional information of the other services available through AT&T. A girlfriend told me that I would have to struggle through and do everything that Andrew did on my own. I was glad that I believed that AT&T would be available to help, and fortunately I was right. I have been coming to this location for many years. Somehow today seemed even a better store than in the past. It's under new management and it's GREAT! Thanks AT&T on Atlantic in Long Beach.

Came in there to do some business getting a new phone and transferring service to other phone and Matt and Crystal were amazing to work with. They did everything I asked in a quick and courteous manner and showed me ways to save money on my account while maximizing the efficiency and speed. I recommend the store to anyone who needs a great AT&T products.

I have to say this is one of my favorite At&t stores. Miriam the manager is so invested in her job. She takes her time to explain things. I came from Verizon. And I've had At&t for 3 months now. So far so good!!!!!

The two At&t employees went above the call of duty to help me out on numerous occasions with professionalism, knowledgeable of the product and a willingness to solve issues. I am very grateful and thankful that I am a customer of At&t because of those employees

Went in to upgrade my dead phone. Very helpful and professional young lady helped me. Another consultant helped my boyfriend with a couple issues he was having with his account as well.

Came to the store to get a new phone. I was helped by the assistant manager Quinten, I had the best experience. He was very professional, Acknowledgeable and answered all my questions.
Overall the service was exceptional.
