I came to Elena when Covid hit. Thanks to my sister anyways I was breaking out a lot all over my chin maybe hormones, maybe the mask cause the bacteria to grow the point is she use her knowledge and cleared up my skin she has not left me any scars. She is really good at what she does. Since the first time I went to her, I loved her because she explained every detail that she was doing to my face which made me feel relaxed and not freak out with a poke. I have gone to five different facials and she is by far my favorite one. Also, I read the other comments about people not liking her attitude. She is a very straightforward lady and she does not have time for stupidity, which I totally get her point, but very nice and knowledgeable. You will not regret coming to her. She also has great products that helped so much with my face. She is the one.

IMMEDIATE SUCCESS WITH TEENAGE PROBLEM SKIN! What a miracle it has been to find Alina. Her facials have turned my teenage son's acne from being a chronic, aggravating problem to an easily managed situation. His skin looks amazing after every facial and the results last!
I spent the last year paying exorbitant prices at two well-known West Hollywood skin salons and our dermatologist's office for multiple acne facials with only limited success. I felt desperate and discouraged. Then, by chance, I found Alina and I have been amazed, relieved, and incredibly grateful for her excellent work and affordable prices. She cleans the skin more thoroughly than any other aesthetician I have seen (and I've seen many!) and now my husband goes to her for back facials and I'm starting a new regime with her as well. I cannot recommend her highly enough! Alina is a expert aesthetician whose results will be apparent after just one treatment, especially with difficult, hormonal teenage skin.

First time getting a facial, and Alina made me feel great and comfortable. Can wait to see my results and I am so going back.

Alina is the best and she is very sweet and great at waxing. Definately recommend.

August now- She still has same service ad in Groupon up from January when I went. Do NOT think you can use the Groupon she uses to lure $ in for a 'Acne/facial extraction' At Appt. arrival she looked hard at me and said: 'My service is for teenage acne only. My last (& usual) client was 17yo girl w/ severe acne. But, your here, I might as well clean your skin-3 min. Steam it- 4 min. Then, do a few extractions on your skin- WHICH IS older AND NOT my specialty.' After 4 min. of painful extractions I was walkng out the door with a bleeding forehead & future scar. It was way under 15 min. of total 'help' from her. AVOID her unless your a teenage girl w/ severe acne who's into scarafacation & has a high pain tolerance. Looked up the other one star reviews- funny how the most percentage of 1 stars is guys. She obviously has a problem with men over 18 who want a decent facial they've bought with their own money. I can still kick myself for tipping her afterwards on the Groupon Acne/Extraction Facial Scam she's running. (No fine print in Groupon service ad explaining criteria on who she decides /'specializes' in.) 2 thumbs down for males born before 1999.

after probably one of the rudest phone calls I’ve experienced with a business, I decided it was necessary to take my business elsewhere. I was told there was availability on a certain day then was told a different scenario, after attempting to communicate with the owner a second time. When attempting to make my appointment, I was told to text a number and didn’t receive a response until I texted the same number multiple times, basically begging for an appointment. Very unorganized.

Why so rude? Alina have to learn how to provide customer service in USA.

So rude it's not worth spending money!
