If I could give this 10+ stars, I would! Chad from US Cellular was such a peach! He helped my grandmother get a new phone set up! He was so sweet, kind, and patient with her! I had such a great experience with Chad and his team, I will be personally switching over to US Cellular from my current phone company. Thank you Chad and the US Cellular team for giving my grandmother and I some of the best customer service we have ever received!

Recently went in to this store to get my husband a new phone and we received the best service! Chad was so helpful and polite, even though they were busy it didn't feel like we waited long! Will keep continuing coming to this store for all our U.S. Cellular needs!!

Ive been with u.s. cellular for 13 years and I drive an hour away to go to this store!!! The customer service is off the charts!!! Well, with Chad anyways!! I always makes sure He Is there😁 He is so helpful and always tells me the most current specials they are offering. Also, since I'm big on following a budget he helps me fit my needs while STILL keeping me in my budget! Also, I enjoy just chatting with him and sharing a few laughs. I love this store !!! When our Cellular Plus store closed in Galesburg, I literally tracked down Chad to have him help me with my phone upgrade! He takes time to explain things and makes sure you are getting the best deal in terms of plans. Love his personable approach!

There is one guy in particular I go to for all of my cell phone needs and or accessories. His name is Chad. He is awesome at what he does and he will thoroughly explain everything to the point. I have seen him help some of the older generation get into the new smart phones and he has a true talent for what he does every day. He Sure shows that he loves what he does.

I stopped in the store last week because I was passing through town and had an issue with my phone. I was greeted immediately, which is unusual because most of the time it takes 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. Not only did he resolve the issue with my iPhone but he also told me about a new protection plan that I had no idea exist through Apple.
