Always a pleasure going and getting my work uniforms tailored by the best in the business. I like to look a certain way because if you feel good and you look good you perform good that's why I keep on coming back they make sure to pay attention to details especially when it comes down to what the customer wants. I appreciate the help from all the staff.

I have gone to Sinatra Uniforms for the past 10 years. Nancy is thorough and knows what you need just by looking at you. All of the staff is friendly and continue to impress me with their customer service. I continue to make the 50 mile drive here because no other brand will

Expert alterations will make your choice of shirts and pants feel as if they were made to order, just for you. I can't speak highly enough of their staff and attention to detail of the finished products. I will definitely return for additional items in the near future.

Best place for uniform alterations. I had a pair of ridding breaches size 36 waist and I'm a 32 in the wait. I went to two different places before Sinatra, both places told me no they couldn't alter the pants they were two big. When I get to Sinatra they said the same thing to me (the pants are to big) however, Nancy decided to try anyway and fitted my pants and asked the guy who do the alterations if he can understand her fitting he said yes he will try to do the pants. They should be ready in a week. The same day Nancy called me and told me my pants were ready. Fit to my size can't even notice where the alterations were made. Thanks Sinatra...

I just came in to pick up some things and was pleasantly surprised by the quality customer service I received from the ladies at the front desk especially Sahar! They were very knowledgeable about the uniforms and sized me up as soon as I walked in. They knew how to fit my body, which is difficult being a woman in this field, which is amazing! The only place you should shop if you're in law enforcement. Great prices and amazing quality, turnaround was quicker than I thought. They told me two weeks and got it to me in a week and a half!

I've been coming to Sinatra Uniform for 15 years. I was referred to them by colleagues who always looked just a little sharper than the rest. Needless to say, after I bought my first set, I understood why they had the reputation they did. The quality of their uniforms is second to none. Uniforms are precisely tailored and they last considerably longer than most others. On to customer service... The 10-star customer service I've always received from Nancy cannot be over-stated. She is always friendly, accommodating, and professional. I'll never go anywhere else!

Been going to Sinatra's for about 12 years now. By far the best fitting LAPD uniforms. I've tried other places but haven't been happy with the uniforms The service here has always been good and if ever I need a fix on my uniforms, it is always taken care of. I also get my belt and boots shined here, Victor and his son do a great job! Definitely recommend this place!

Sinatras does excellent custom tailoring. I have been happy with their services since day one. I drive over 50 miles every time just to get my uniforms done right.

Cant get anyone to respond to my inquiry about order. The tracking system is not working. Terrible customer service. I am now trying cancel order.

I dropped off my boots to be shinned last minute for a funeral and Victor had them ready the next day. Best boot shine I’ve seen. I will definitely be bringing my boots here from now on.
