Logix - Palmdale Branch

Went on looking to open a joint account after every other big bank couldn't get us in until 4-5 days later. The Logix receptionist was very kind and let us know we could be helped within the hour, which was better than 5 days. They got us in with Tonya, who was an absolute sweetheart in helping us with what we needed. I'm not one to leave reviews but to get a hand written Thank you card from Tonya in the mail was the cherry on top of our already great service. Glad we walked into Logix and not waited for another bank to get back to us. I will be using Logix way more because of Tonya!

Reviewed on . March 25th 2021. I don't have an account with Logix Bank. However, I am able to deposit using their ATM machines outside with my bank United States Postal Service Federal Credit Union. I'm not guilty, to say that I find it very convenient because since I live in Palmdale my nearest bank it's about 50 miles away in the city of San Fernando. So I want to give special thanks to this Bank and my bank for working together in order to make it convenient enough for me to be able to deposit using these ATM machines.

This company, by far, has the best customer service I’ve ever had. From start to finish these employees have been so helpful, nice, accommodating and just genuinely pleasant. Special thanks to Liliana who handled our car loan and Matt who went so above and beyond i can’t even express my gratitude. I am so happy to be banking with this company, which is something I never thought I’d say. Thank you Logix for your outstanding service!

This is long overdue. But first let me start by saying this is the best customer service I’ve ever received. I had the pleasure of meeting Viviana and she helped me with my car loan from beginning to end. Her empathy towards my situation, her communication through out the process and best of all her customer service is exceptional. She makes you feel very welcome and answers any questions you have without hesitation. I absolutely felt the genuine atmosphere in this branch and I would recommend any one to come here. I've banked with these guys for approximately a million years and have always had the very best service. They monitor your credit card like a hawk and have caught fraudulent charges several times. Loan rates are good and in general the service has been excellent since I signed up, back in the stone age.

I was impressed! Viviana helped me with a new loan and lowering the rate of another loan. professional, knowledgable, friendly. She gave me too much information I needed to know for a mortgage as well.

Logix is where you want to bank. Their customer service is outstanding. I have complex banking to handle, because I am the caregiver for my Mom who has Alzheimer's and my husband who has heart disease. I also work full time in LA.
The Palmdale bank manager actually held the branch open for me, so I could bring in some important legal documents pertaining to my Mom's account. Jess is a Rockstar teller who processes my transactions monthly. She never forgets to ask how my Mother and husband are feeling. If I have a problem, she masterfully resolves it quickly, efficiently, and with a warm smile. Recently, Jess has been busy, but she took the time to tell Stellar teller, Vanessa, how to help me. Again, I am getting the same intelligent, fast service with heart and humanity. This is what makes America great and where this country is going...do yourself a favor, bank with Logix.

I had the pleasure of meeting Roxanne, she went above and beyond to make sure that I understood everything that entailed getting an auto loan with this branch. Although we didn't meet in person, thanks to Covid-19, she made the transactions over the phone as easy as possible for myself and my boyfriend. I am extremely happy I went with a bank and associate who truly care for their customers.

First, i have no credit and ive been working for a year, ive been denied 4 credit cards, i go to Logix and i got approved for a $500 line and they mentioned to keep paying the card and go back in 6 months to get a higher line amount. "I should of gone to Logix first!" Johnny Kovac help me out! Great customer service with him! 5 star overall for everything!
