Huge portions. Great tasting food. Not oily and the veggies were crunchy.

I'm so glad I left the off ramp zone and found this place! The good is fresh and plentiful and delicious! I got chicken katsu and a miso cup, both tasty!

This place is fantastic. Food quality through the roof. Comes out steaming. Great staff! Been coming here since I was a kid.

First time here. I had the chicken teriyaki, it was very good! The place seems to be run by great people. Super friendly! The portions are huge too if that’s something you’re looking for and it makes the meals a great value!

For as long as I can remember Fuji has been serving us up the most delicious teriyaki in all the land!!!
You can smell the mouth watering aroma from blocks away! Lots of awesome choices all of which are going to leave you satisfied! (teriyaki chicken is the #1 dish)Dine in or to go. I prefer to dine in as homemade egg drop soup is offered and I will tell you it is the Best!

Food looks like the pictures and is pretty good. The teriyaki chicken is quality meat and cooked well. The tempura is good too (lighter batter would make it even better). Also, really good portions and good teriyaki sauce. The sticky rice is good quality too. Only thing I wish was different is the steamed veggies; I prefer fresh salad over steamed cabbage. Otherwise, the owner is super nice and the food is among the best teriyaki places.

Amazingly Delicious Food! Small Place, Parking Is Quite Small, But Damn If The Food Ain't Some Of The Best I've Ever Had. Had The Beef Udon & It Was Huge! Make Sure To Watch Temp Though, They Make The Food SUPER HOT! You Can Take It Either To-Go From The Drive Through Or Eat In! Love This Place! <3

First time here. The food was great. In ordered the chicken teriyaki, one my my favorite dishes. The stream rice was amazing, not dry like some other places in the area.

I will be making Fuji Teriyaki my weekly stop now.

The teriyaki chicken is so good here. Love the egg drop soup. The woman who mans the drive thru is very sweet and friendly. Great local small business.

Best Asian food I’ve had yet since moving from Hawaii to Washington. Just happen to come across it while traveling from Tacoma to Portland. A good variety of Japanese, Chinese and Korean favorites. Huge portions and a must for us to come back and try other dishes. The chicken is dark meat for the teriyaki and katsu so it’s totally not dry!!! Definitely not pink as mentioned in another review. It’s a little ways from I-5 but worth the extra 2-3 minutes from the freeway.

10th Update! Best place STILL in Lewis county even pierce and king county do not have this good of good. Absolutely devine! THICK SAUCE KINGS 💯💯💯👌🏻

Very tasty. Extra large portions. No one in my party could ate all. We tried udon, ramen and teriyaki. Special treatment for kids (plates, stickers). Highly recommend.

My favorite place to get Asian food in the area! The teriyaki is pretty good, but I also love the katsu, curry, and the sesame chicken bowls! I recently tried the house made kimchi, it was a good amount for the price and much better than store-bought kimchi. Definitely going to be my go-to place just for buying kimchi now. Also, the girl who usually takes my order in the drive-thru is really sweet and friendly

Excellent value and taste. Teriyaki chicken, nicely charred. Gyoza cooked light and crispy. Delicious steamed cabbage and friendly service. Clean dining room and free green tea.

Every time I order from here the food is incredible. They treat you like family and make you feel welcomed every time.
