Forget Home Depot.

I went to Home Depot for key copies. You have to wait around and hope to find the guy who knows how to use the machine. Usually that guy isn't around so you have to wait for him to be summoned. They make you copies, barely pay attention, and tell you (silently) to get lost. This doesn't count the time you need to waste to come back when you realize half the copies don't work.

Tritch is vastly different. The staff here are on it. They're happy to make you copies even though they're being pulled in 20 directions. Best of all, the copies all worked perfectly and it was all cheaper per key than the aforementioned debacle. While I didn't necessarily buy anything else, these guys know their stuff. They counseled other customers on everything from refurbishing furniture to snaking a pipe of dubious length.

Will be back when I have more intense needs.

Great hardware store. Great prices. Friendly, helpful, and fast service. Call ahead and they can confirm if they have exactly what you're looking for.

Extraordinarily helpful. Not only did the guys give us wonderful service, but they actually took the time to teach us a few lessons on a few of the items we bought from the store. I love the warmth and feeling of the store and wish we lived closer so we could make it our go to shop! Thank you again guys!

I love a local hardware store and Tritch's did not disappoint! Just needed a few random things for my new apartment and the guys here were able to point me to the right place for everything I needed. Prices were reasonable, staff was amazing. I strongly recommend that you make this your neighborhood hardware store.

Tritch is an absolute gem. It’s the antithesis of a Home Depot where employees don’t help at all. I came in for some parts and supplies for a service I’m doing on my mountain bike. I grabbed a 1/4”-3/8” ratchet adapter, blue shop towels, a 1/2” x 18” pvc pipe, m4x25mm bolt, and disc brake cleaner. The wonderful gentleman that helped me walked the entire store and helped me find every single thing I needed. I’m very glad to have discovered this store. It will be our go-to from now on.

I’ve lived down the street from Tritch for 20 years. The employees there are friendly and helpful, for being a small hardware store, the selection of items are endless. It’s nice to have a neighborhood hardware store, kind of like Cheers where everyone knows your name. 😎.

Best hardware store ever. This family-owned shop has nearly everything you'd find at a big box store, BUT they also have the customer service and expertise that will keep you coming back. I bought a fixer-upper (our first home) in the neighborhood and Glenn and Jeff helped me find what I needed and provided advice more times than i can count. Highly recommended!

This is the kind of hardware store I want more of. It's small it's got most everything you would need for house and garden. Plus great service. They will help you until you have what you need instead of what they think you need. They allow me to stay away from the Depot when all I need are a few things around the house.

It's really amazing that a smaller store would have everything that you need for your old house, but they do. They pay great attention to the needs of homeowners in this bungalow neighborhood & offer extremely knowledgeable & helpful service.

It's not Home Depot. But it's close to home. You should be able to find most necessities if you're doing a DIY home project. The folks who work there are friendly and helpful. The parking lot is small and you need to be careful coming in and out of it because that intersection gets busy.

I grew up in Eagle Rock, my grandfather, uncles and family have been customers of Tritch for as long as I can remember. They have good advice and most items you'd need for plumbing jobs etc.

Tritch Value Hardware is family owned since time began, has pretty much everything one may neeed for basic home repairs, maintenance and then some. Today I got some paint and primer to paint a small room and did not have to go far to big box store for anything. Everyone at Trich is very knowledgeable, very honest and can help novice home owners and even pros. Come check them out when you need some tools, supplies, paint, electrical, plumbing, decorative items, there's a long list of stuff they carry.

Great Hardware Store! It may be small but they've probably got what you need. Laid back atmo. The staff is friendly and willing to take time to help you figure out what you need and hot to do it.

A great hardware store for everything but bulky items. They have everything that's smaller than about 1 cubic foot. They know their stock. They are knowledgeable about tasks, friendly, helpful, and the prices are fair. Support them!
