I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Aaron and his team. He was respectful, helpful and did not push me in any way to buy. I am happy with the Mazda that he sold me for a good price and that there is a 3-month warranty included. It was a very different experience than some other dealers I have been too.

I had a great car buying experience at Venture Auto! The team of Nick & his staff really took good care of me. From the moment I arrived, Nick Tsui went out of his way to help me through the process and I could tell he genuinely had my best interests in mind. I can’t thank him enough. So like most people I was pretty wary of smaller dealerships. Always heard some scary stories with people saying that they bought a rust bucket from small dealerships. But when they tell me that I always say why didn’t you just do your due diligence and check the car properly. Carfax will tell you where the car has been and from there you can decide if it’s worth the potential problem or not.

Insurance total lossed my previous car and I needed a cheap daily driver to get around. I happened to pass by Venture Auto when my friend and I went to Terra Mia and he said “why don’t you check there. They have some decent prices posted on their cars” so I said why not, can browse while drinking our coffee.

After walking around the lot for about 5 minutes or so Nick comes out and asks if we need any help. I just told him what I always tell sales guys “no I’m good just browsing”. Instead of saying ok and heading back in he asks me what kinda vehicle I’m trying to replace.

I tell him I’m just buying a daily beater because insurance just total lossed my M3. Right then he said I’m in the wrong place but he can help me find my car. I was pretty confused when he said that and my friend and I just looked at each other..

Nick then saw that we were confused and laughed. He then told us that if they don’t have the car on the lot, I just need to tell him what exactly I’m looking for and they will find it for me. So with nothing to lose gave him my budget and also a list of what I was looking for. I must’ve gotten lucky because they found a car within my price range in about a week and I was really amazed at how good the condition of the car was. Granted not a big fan of the color but a cheap daily driver that’s bulletproof?? 1998 Nissan Altima GXE with only 130k miles. That’s 7k miles a year at most. Very happy with the price as well.

Side note...Nick went above and beyond. He even helped me track down another M3 with all the specs and options I had wanted . Could not have been any happier!!! Daily Driver and Weekend Driver done!!

Helpful and easy to talk to staff. They allowed us to test drive as soon as we got to the lot with no pressure into purchasing. Once I had decided on a vehicle to purchase Aaron stayed after hours to help me with the paper work.
