Love this place! I can actually set an appointment, and I'm not waiting all day. I was able to get a same day appointment for my fur baby. Love that they were open on Sunday! I will be back!

My mom brought her senior dog here when her vet couldn't see him. Her dog is very aggressive with strangers, but not with them. They were kind, gentle, and compassionate. They took great care of my mom's dog. So much so, when her dog was under the weather again, she took him back to South Bay Veterinary

I’m very pleased with the services of the South Bay Veterinary Care Team! They are very efficient and nice. I entrust the lives of my two rescued dogs to them, namely: Gypsy, the senior pug, and Bristol, the Chiweenie. I recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation.

My babies have been cared for by the amazing DVM and staff at South Bay Vet Care. We wouldn't have any other ! They are truly the very best in care and compassion anywhere. Thank You for loving our Fur Babies .

Doctors here really care. Courteous, loving every animal, and people who visit. Response may be by email if not urgent, but one phone calls always result in a very good experience.

Very attentive and caring staff. The veterinarian was very detailed in explaining what was going on with our pet. SBVC is great!

This is a great vet for non-emergency situations. I love that they are very responsive over email. I can send them my concerns and they will let the vet know so she is updated before our visit. You set up your appointment, drive up, and drop off your pet. I had my cat back within 30 minutes and a plan of action. Prices are very fair, but we wouldn’t mind paying above average as long as it means avoiding added stress for my pet. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Very kind and accommodating staff and doctor! Was able to get veterinary health certificate on time for my dog's international travel. Instructions were clear and they made sure I have the complete requirements for travelling. It was a smooth process! Will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

So happy I chose South Bay Vet Clinic. Absolutely, awesome and friendly staff. I highly recommend bringing your baby here for whatever your needs are. Very knowledgeable and more importantly they are animal lovers so you know your baby will be treated with love. Floki is tired but he's home with Dad.

This has been my vet for 2 of my pets for the last 2 years. Their response time is great and all staff are helpful. I know bc I am totally one of those annoying patients that communicate via phone & email. They have even helped me through text message when my dog was attacked by another dog, although this is not the regular form of communication. Very informative and honest when specialty referrals are needed.
As far as pricing, I can't really speak to that because I haven't sought care from another practice in South Bay. But it is veterinary care, so be prepared to pay and always asking for pricing before hand to lessen the shock at check out.

All personnel were very helpful & friendly. Vet was very patient answering any & all questions I had. I felt like the vet didn't not recommend any "unnecessary" testing or treatments. Very happy with South Bay Veterinary Care.

They’ve recently changed management and staff, every one there is very friendly. You can tell they hold all their associates to the same standard. The people working there seem happy and like they are not overworked. Their presentation, professionalism is astonishing. It is still a very affordable vet as well.

We had the BEST experience here. My dogs and I were on a road trip and visiting family in the area when my dog ripped out stitches she had in her foot and developed an infection. It happened to be Labor Day weekend. Not only were they open that holiday weekend, on a SUNDAY, they also got us in the very same day!! They were kind, warm, caring, and compassionate, and always up front about procedures, wait time, and costs. They treated my dog like they actually cared about her, as opposed to a different facility we had initially tried to go to on Saturday evening. We had several visits with them over the course of the week as they checked the progress of her infection clearing up, then restitched the wound, then checked on the restitched wound. They were great at communicating and sending records to our vet at home in Utah. I really deeply appreciate them and can’t state enough how much those holiday hours helped us. I will use them whenever I visit home!

Dr. Miyashiro is the best! Both my cats have asthma and because of her excellent care and advice, we are successfully managing their condition. Unlike our previous veterinarian, who would rather give steroid shots right away to my cats whenever they have asthma attacks, Dr. Miyashiro has provided my cats with the safest most effective treatment. She really cares about the safety of our pets and long term health. We are so grateful to have Dr. Miyashiro as our veterinarian. Thank you so much Dr. Miyashiro!

I was looking for a good vet around my area and South Bay Veterinary Care was recommended. It was an awesome choice! Very professional and caring. My black lab is not the friendliest but Dr. Miyashiro and her staff handled it with ease (well, I think because Maggie can be a handful). Waited in the car until the exam was done. Doctor calls to let me know everything is ok and explained the things she might be concerned about. Price is very reasonable for the level of professionalism and I didn't feel ripped off. I feel that my dog will be in great care! Thank you!

I am very happy with the care my cat Simba received from Southbay Vet Care. Finding a vet open on Sunday is hard to find, and I was so relieved that they were good and really took care of my cat in such a stressful situation. It was wonderful that the vet came outside to talk to me and explain everything instead of calling on the phone, it was so much more personal and much appreciated. I will definitely be going back.

We got a puppy in March 2022 and purchased the puppy package. They have taken care of us every step of the way! The staff is very helpful and accommodating, they answer all of our questions when we have them. Her vaccinations went well with them. Highly recommend this vet.

Awesome customer service. This place really cares about your furry freinds. Appointment setting is easy, and you just drive up to a designated parking spot to have your animal picked up by the nicest staff members. Service is quick, and the vet follows up your pet between 24 to 48 hours to see how they are doing after their appointment.
