Stumbled upon this sushi place by chance. The interior decor is super pretty and engaging. Brings up the ambiance a lot.

We came in around the time they opened for dinner and were promptly greeted and seated.

Service was fast and friendly.

We got the Chicken Karaage, Ex-Boyfriend Roll, and the Apple Protein Roll.

The karaage was tasty and well cooked. And the rolls were solid!

Definitely coming back 😋

I am lost for words on how good this place is.
The food is delicious and prepared with unbelievable attention to detail. The quality of the dishes is out of this world. The service is nothing short of being delightful. There is not a bad word I can say about this gem.
Go there and try everything.
(I loved the Blue fin tuna sashimi and the garlic edamame in particular, but everything else was also fantastic)

Spectacular quality sushi in Glendale!

This gem of a sushi spot was incredible - the outside of the restaurant doesn’t do justice to the beautiful set up indoors. The decor is really beautiful!

Above all, the sheer quality of the fish here is stunning. Definitely the highlight. Of all our selections, the nigiri servings were the clear standout - with fish quality this good, no need for all the extra toppings or sauces. That being said, their variety of sushi rolls was awesome and every roll was distinct in flavor profile and signature craftsmanship; you can’t find everything here at other sushi restaurants. The Lemon Citrus Roll is a great example of something unique to this place that I haven’t seen elsewhere! So while I recommend nigiri or sashimi choices, the rolls were pretty incredible too!

The sushi chefs here are frankly incredible. Premium cuts and very high quality selections. A clear love for what they do with undivided attention to pristine quality and beautiful execution. I’m sure their service staff will only continue to parallel this standard as the restaurant grows in popularity. Loved this place and definitely coming back!

I had the salmon sushi as well as the Moto special and citrus lemon sushi rolls. Would come back and eat here again.

The toro was incredible as was the New Zealand white salmon. Blue crab roll delicious and the oysters too. Love their mackerel and their omelette nigiri. Also highly recommend the yellow tail and eel.
Staff very friendly and easy going but always on the case.

Can’t wait to go back.

A hidden gem in Glendale for a get together with friends and families for yummy sushi, sashimi and hot sake.
The service was great, food came out fast, all staff were very kind.
The ceiling decorations were so pretty and couldn't take my eyes off from them. My picture didn't come out great but they are so much prettier in the real life.

The staff and owner are incredibly nice. You’re always greeted. We often have the owner come out and say hi. Food is incredibly good, I always get the shrimp tempura roll, you can tell the ingredients are fresh. Definitely a great date spot.

One of the freshest sushi spots I’ve been to in LA. They are Japanese owners and provide exceptional service. The rolls are absolutely delicious and the fish is so fresh, I can’t emphasize that enough! Thank you so much Moto for putting your heart and soul into your food. ありがとうございました! おいしい 😊

Nice decor - the walls are painted black and have minimal decor. The waitresses were kind, and efficient. The tempura was excellent, as was all else.

I love the sushi here. Its ways so good. The rolls are a bit skinny and small but taste good. I think it's a bit over priced. But since I have not found another place I like that makes tasty sushi I keep coming back. They know what there doing and friendly staff.

Most spectacular sushi in Los Angeles County. Family-owned, and sourced fresh every day. The service is wonderful and the menu is so great. Prices are very fair too. Highly recommend it here!

Literally some of the best sushi I've ever had!!! I recommend this place without hesitation. The staff is friendly, humble, and pretty quick with preparation. They are very knowledgeable of the menu and always willing to discuss other items you may like. This great family owned sushi restaurant has become a staple for me for sure! Their spicy tuna hand roll is amazing.

I eat A LOT of sushi all over L.A. and this is the place I consistently go back to. They have a special take on spicy hand rolls and it’s delicious. Spicy Albacore Spicy Yellowtail, Spicy Salmon, and Spicy Tuna hand rolls are my go to. Everything is fresh. It is a little pricey but not overwhelming and who wants cheap sushi anyway. Their portions are good and the owners are very personable. THIS IS A GEM.

A local favorite!! We eat at Moto 3 times a week and love the owners . They always make you feel special and create unique rolls and authentic sushi for us. Staff is friendly, fish is always fresh and the best sushi in town

My friend David took me here for lunch on a recent business trip. I make sushi back home, which means I'm very picky over quality. This was some excellent Sushi, fresh, well presented, and we were completely pleased with the whole experience. I would personally recommend Moto Sushi to all my family and friends. So I would absolutely recommend that you try it yourself, today!

Very surprising to have a "quality -sushi" food joint in a small corner of Pacific here in Glendale.
Even you get it for "pick-up" the presentation was taken into attention.

Best sushi I've had in Glendale. Not cheap but worth it. 2 adults and 1 child. We basically ate all we could and it cost about $100. Worth every penny. The Toro was amazing! Will def be back.
