Rockin' Jump

Great time, manager Jess made sure we were taken care of for my daughter's birthday. She even opened up the rock wall so my daughter could try it. Definitely will be coming back

This place is amazing, we went on a Saturday during the toddler times, 8am to 10 am before all the big kids show up and my kids loved it, I loved it. It was a good workout and had fun with my kids, jumping the morning away. You pay for your entrance and your kids plus $2.50 for the socks each. It was $46? for 4 of us. They have a little cafe so you can sit and eat, like pizza, pretzels etc.

Good place to bring kids during day. Rockin should plan on expanding this location in AV. It had a good volume of kids during the day.

I also jump for fun; also to stay limber. In the off times it’s fun for adults, during peak kid time. It’s a disaster trying to jump when kids are all around.

There is young attendants that watch the kids and are Coordinators of the chaos. It’s pretty cool that it’s attached to the mall. Interesting use of mall space.

Best jumping experience ever! This is a fun place to go if you are going with your friends and family. Highly recommended!

Sunday June 4th 2023 noon to 3pm,..these guys Rock N jump to made everyone happy. They were under staff I could tell based on past visits... They were better today the when they have been fully staffed. Super nice and no issues compared to when they had more experienced people. These kids today killed it!!! Go guys keep up!!!

I came earlier today and was checked in by Jordan, she was very informative, kind, and welcoming. She helped me and my kids had a great time today! Will be coming back :)

Best place to bring kids, hardly any wait the 2 times i've come. Food clerk not as friendly as front desk.

Love this place had my nephew and my son birthday party here. I wish the seating wasn't so cramped. Reasonably priced. Staff looks over the kids and any roughhousing is stopped immediately. Friendly atmosphere pretty decent pizza!

This is the second time we come. First time during the week and the second on a Saturday. Saturday is crowed, but that's to be expected. My kids had so much fun. My wife loved the pizza. The staff is very friendly and helpful, specially Kyle, the team leader. No complains at all. We'll be back again.

Came here with some friends last weekend and this place was awesome! Despite it being crowded it was really clean and organized. There is waiver computers right when you walk in for you to fill out then you head to the front desk. The staff was super friendly and informal, she showed us where the lockers were told us the rule etc. The managers are really on it here they walk around every 15-20 minutes or so and check on their staff to make sure everything is going smoothly. We will definitely be back here!

Love this place! It's awesome that's it's indoors. In the summer Kids get to use energy and not melt in the heat. During the winter they still get to use energy and not be exposed to the cold outside..best thing that could've came to Palmdale for kids/family. Great for all age groups but especially great for older kids that got over going Chuck e cheese.

Great place to take your kids to burn off some energy, and you can join them if you'd like! Fairly priced for the quality of entertainment. Staff is very friendly and safety-orientated. Different activities like dodgeball and basketball are nice. They also have some pretty cool special events, such as toddler and parent only times, and special weekend events. Conveniently located in the Antelope Valley Mall.

A nice place to burn some energy at an affordable price.

My son loves to come to jump here afterschool and the weekends. Its a safe place all staff is amazing including all management. All the managers are amazing and always show our family and other customers the upmost respect and enforces all the company rules. However I do have to say its disappointing to read the negative reviews about the management.
I have observed when Im there which is frequently that a lot of parents/ adults have a sense of entitlement and feel they can do and talk to staff however they please.

I wish they had better pricing but the kids adore their time here so yay!

First time taking our kids out after becoming a family of 7 & saying we were terribly overwhelmed is an understatement lol my kids had lots of fun though 😊 rockin jump had our back when we ended up driving off without our stroller. We didn’t realize until a couple days later & was freaking out because my wallet was in the stroller. I called rockin jump & they had it! 🙏..

Hella fun. Safe. Good employees. Not the most regulated but that’s what makes it so fun lol keep up the good work staff. It’s very clean as well so no need to worry there
