I just had service by Payless. This company is very respectable. Daniel came to my home and my first impression was he seemed friendly. The energy Daniel puts out is positive. Daniel made me feel comfortable and that I could trust him. I knew that Daniel would do a great job. Daniel was thorough and up front. I would definitely use them in the future and refer them to everybody. A good and honest company is hard to find. Thank you Daniel!!

Highly highly recommend. Incredible service and great people. I’m a tough grader but appreciate personal and immediate response when you need it. I had my failed water heater replaced within 8 hours - great service, expertise, advice, work ethic and definitely highest value. Absolutely recommend!!! It’s a Saturday at 12:30pm, Mothers Day weekend and I need a new water heater for my condo like today. Had no hot water and I couldn’t stop a leak. I was able to get an appt by 3:35pm and by 6pm Carlos installed a brand new water heater. Carlos Ramirez was knowledged, friendly and did an amazing job. He was super clean and awesome!!! Thank you Carlos :). Also the pricing was competitive with other plumbers.

Price was fair compared to other places I called. I also got a $1,200. Rebate for switching to Tankless. My old Water Heater went out on a Friday night Payless was at my house the next morning at 10am . The technician Derrick was very professional and polite he did a fantastic job with the whole thing he showed me alot about the new unit we purchased. I highly recommend Payless 👍👍

We very much appreciated the speed, service, and most satisfactory care of our *ancient* leaking water heater by Payless Water Heaters & Plumbing. The technician, Darren, was most efficient in explaining what was going on with our water heater after thoroughly examining it upon arrival. We also gratefully appreciated his breakdown of the new installation, the process, and the price. We look forward to the replacement of our appliance and would definitely recommend this company to others in need of water heater services. 😊

Noticed the overflow outlet pipe from my Payless water heater was dripping last night. Called Payless Water Heaters at ~9PM. They send Daniel the next day at ~10AM. Daniel was able to diagnose the problem right away. The root issue was the water pressure regulator valve not working properly. The water pressure gauge was reading over ~100 PSI! He recommended replacing the water pressure regulator valve and welding the water heater overflow outlet pipe. He also recommended replacing the main water shut-off valve. Even after shutting off the main water shut-off valve, water was still going through. Daniel presented several options to address the issues from gold level (most expensive) to band-aid level package (cheapest). I chose the bronze level fix for ~$1K for everything that needed to be fixed.

Spencer from Payless was prompt, courteous and professional as he quickly replaced our water heater. His service was Outstanding .
Spencer was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and explained all the steps and actions being taken. He answered my many questions in a way that was easy to understand.
He was very thorough in his work and cleaned up well after completion.
I was extremely pleased with Spencer’s performance.

He was there very early the next morning, walked me through the steps he does to analyze the problem, found several issues that needed immediate attention for safety reasons that he had to address, and provided me unbiased list of options with pricing clearly articulated. I loved that Juan took the time to answer all of my questions, and after going through each one, I picked the best choice for me. No pressure at all, just good information. He completed the job to replace the unit, made sure everything was to standard and safe before he left. I HIGHLY recommend Payless and kudos to Juan. He represents the company well.
