We got stranded at 3 in the morning due to a dead alternator and battery. We didn't think anyone would be able to help us at this time in the morning and our insurance company failed to show up and would have charged us a ton of money. Luckily Caster was willing to drive over and help us. He took apart the alternator right there on the side of the road and soldered new brushes inside of it. He is a great guy and he loves his work. He was happy to explain how the parts go together and show me how it works. He is very knowledgeable and a great mechanic! His prices are fair and he does not scam you like a lot of other companies around. Justin is absolutely amazing, do not let his age fool you, he's a young man but has the skill and intelligence of someone three times his age. You won't find a better mechanic.

He's honest about how much parts and labor will be, he gave me multiple receipts for parts that were purchased and didn't charge me anything above the cost. What he charges for labor isn't anything close to what your usual auto shop would charge you, it's a very affordable service.

He helped me when I needed him most, came to my house and got the job done much faster than I expected. I've been wanting to learn more about mechanics and Justin was nice enough to explain everything he was doing to the vehicle while I asked questions. It was quite the learning experience for me and that in itself is priceless. He even gave me a few rides to and from work so I wouldn't have to pay for a taxi. I can't say he can give rides to everybody, but it absolutely meant the world to me.

There's not much more to say, I would recommend Syra Mobile to anyone. The lowest cost and best service that I've ever had from a mechanic in my life.

The first time I called Justin I was stranded on the side of the highway in the rain. He drove out to where I was and was able to diagnose my problem on the spot, he would have fixed it there too but didn’t have a canopy to avoid damaging the electrical parts or shocking himself. I called him again the next day and even though he was busy with an engine rebuild I explained how I need my car to get to work the next morning and he squeezed me into his busy schedule. He came over that same night and replaced the shot alternator and even helped me with an issue a previous shop had caused and neglected to tell me about at no extra cost. He is usually kept pretty busy as his prices are hard to beat and being a mobile
mechanic keeps him on the go but I am definitely holding onto his business card and making him my first choice for any future repairs I may need done. Thanks again Justin and the best of luck to you.

Our serpentine belt snapped almost an hour away from home and we found ourselves stranded in the middle of an unfamiliar town on a Friday night with no local repair shops open. With our power steering out, we barely coasted into a Walmart parking lot, where we thought we’d have to spend the night. Justin met us there, installed a new belt, and we were back on the road in less than an hour. Price was more than reasonable. 10/10 would recommend. Justin, you’re an absolute savior. If you’re ever up in Olympia, hit us up & we’ll definitely buy you a beer!

While driving home to Seattle from Portland my truck suddenly started loosing power and I had to exit I-5, still 75 miles from home. Not really knowing much about fixing cars I googled the issue and came up with the conclusion it was either the battery or alternator. It was around 7pm when this happened and decided to call a mobile mechanic. Syra was the closest to me according to MAPS so I gave him a call. 5 min later he was at my location, which was a shell gas station. I told him what happened and he automatically knew and said it is the alternator. I was a little hesitant at first because he looked too young to know what he was doing but decided I had no choice since I was a long way from home so help would take a while. Long story short, he drove me to Oreileys and I bought the alternator. I thought for sure he was gonna wanna make money off the parts but he didn’t. I paid exactly what the alternator cost without any extra charge from him which most mechanics usually would add to the price. He explained to me in detail what could have caused the alternator tol fail and how to help prevent it from failing again. He was very up front with the price and I didn’t feel like he was ripping me off.
an hour later he had my truck started and I was on the road heading home. Thank you again Syra for your prompt and courteous service. Highly recommended!

Justin came out to Curtis to work on an electrical issue on my Yanmar 4300d tractor. He worked methodically and logically to isolate the the cause and replace the faulty wiring. He changed the oil and filter and took the used oil away for recycling. His initial estimate was spot on and amazingly inexpensive. I highly recommend his service and will be calling him for future jobs.

I've got to say that the professionalism, knowledge, pricing and the integrity of this young man is without question beyond anything we could have expected. He came the same day we called him, fixed our car and informed us of how to avoid future problems. I highly recommend him and now have a new, dependable mechanic. Thanks, Justin!

When I met him i was unsure of him and what he was capable of doing for us as he seemed really young but after meeting him I found Justin to be really smart and knowledgeable kid. I'll have to say l wasnt used to having to buy parts right away unlike other shops I used instead of being billed at the end of the job but if you can get past that you will find you made a good decision.
Give Justin a chance and he will change your mind, he will go above and beyond for his customers!
It is my opinion that Justin's company is small trying to build a big reputation in the Napavine area.
I work for a traffic control company and we are working on I-5 near exit 72 near the Loves truck stop, we had a rental truck break down due to a failed water pump and Justin dropped what ever he was doing and started to help me right away, I cant tell you how as a customer that put me at ease.
I'm very happy with Justin's communication, he kept me informed via text to assure me that things were going well as I was on a tight schedule, he ran into a small problem but like I said he went over and beyond and still got us up and running in a timely fashion.

Wow. What an easy and complete way to get the car up and running. Justin very knowledgeable and thorough. He explains what he is doing, what’s going on, and why. We’re keeping his number in our data base for the future. Very personable with great service and reasonable. We’re on the road again!

Had a starter failure on a 2013 Toyota Highlander in store parking lot. The mechanic arrived in a little over an hour after initial contact. He assiduously removed and replaced the starter unit (after having to remove the battery and air filtration system to gain starter access) and did so for a very fair and reasonable price.

Great professional work. I use him all the time he even showed up at odd hours when I broke down and fixed my car when others gave up on it he works at a good pace and is very affordable.

Great mechanic with a lot of knowledge came and took care of my car quickly. Even took me to get the part. Don't call anybody else.
