Great shop with knowledgeable staff who are passionate about pets! We did puppy classes here and loved it. Phenomenal doggy daycare here too. Well supervised and a well managed pack by confident, competent staff.

Lisa is the bomb!!! She has worked with us 1 on 1 in our home. She really takes the time to listen, empathize and educate us. She is always honest, attentive and can read both humans and animals very well. No gimmicks, just results. She knows her stuff and is the sweetest ray of Irish sunshine!!!

This pet store has a large selection of treats, chews, toys and more with prices that beat other pet shops by far. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable if you're in need of something specific. It's also the gateway to doggy daycare and doggy classes with the best trainer I've ever met.

I love Bug. She's my favorite employee at any store I've ever visited.

The ladies that work here are always happy to help you find things (like Bug), and have a solid amount of information and resources to share no matter the situation. One of them mentioned they don't (or try not to) carry any foods that have been subject to any recalls, and I think that's really fantastic and shows how much they actually care about your pets.

I'm so happy I stopped at Pacific NW Pet Center when I noticed their sign about dog training classes. Julie gave me all the details, including the surprisingly low prices compared to other places we researched. I could tell right away she has a great understanding of puppy behavior and training methods.

Love taking my pups to classes there! Lisa truly trains the whole pack; dogs and humans. I've been working with her over 9 years with 4 different dogs. Some easy trainers and others with behaviors.

She's got a heart of gold and really wants what is best. The staff is also very knowledgeable about the health of your dog or cat.

Such a friendly environment with a great selection of natural foods, chews and treats! They are very helpful in assisting you in finding the best products for you and your pets. They also offer a variety of training classes and frequently host adoption events for a local rescue. Highly recommend! (Also, Bug, the shop cat, is the best little greeter)

Hands down the best pet supply for dogs and cats I've been to. Skip all the traditional pet shops. It's worth an extra mile. They have better prices, can explain the products and get you just what you need. To say nothing of the toy area. I was shocked at how inexpensive it was. Then to top it off Best paw forward was the reason I was there. My 2.5 years old pup needed some manners. In 1 hour my stubborn girl was walking beside me on a leash. Not dragging me wherever she wanted to go. I can't say enough good things about Lori. I was worried about Maggie's aggressive behavior to be in the group class. So she did this private lesson. She not concerned and showed me homework so we will do great in the over 1 year olds class coming up. If you can believe it, it gets even better. She actually charges prices anyone can afford. Hubby and I are not in the comfortable income bracket but it is doable for us. It's doable for everyone. They even have doggy daycare.

I have recently started going to Pacific NW pet center for all of our (7) dogs needs. It started out as simply buying training treats, until we discovered the amazing array of products they carried. We have purchased everything from medicinal products to there high quality dog food which has really help our dogs with everything from weight problems to skin and joint issues.
There dog and cat toys and treats are the best and there prices are even lower than Amazon!!! This is our favorite pet store now, not to mention the people that own it are super friendly and helpful but mostly very knowledgeable about all the products they offer. Both Lisa and Julie are fantastic with my dogs. They are very professional and honest about the services they provide and the products that they sell. As a bonus both of them are very personable and always make time to have a conversation with me when I come in. My oldest dog Sophie loves both of them and thoroughly enjoys going to daycare. I wholeheartedly trust the care of my dogs to this day care center, they take excellent care of the facility and the environment in which my dogs are going to be around. Compared to other day care centers I've used in the past, they have some of the most reasonable pricing as well. I would highly recommend this daycare center to anyone who is needing care for their dog. I can also attest to the training classes they offer, which my oldest has now gone through. I felt that it was very interactive and helpful and training my puppy. Since her training session, if I have had any questions they have been more than willing to help me with anything I need.

Working with Lisa and Julie is Amazing! It's is so refreshing to discuss my pets needs with someone who knows what they are talking about! They have so much experience, and are so incredibly friendly and genuinely interested in the best for our pets! They stock only high quality pet food, and products, so you can be confident that your pet is eating the very best for their needs! They also do doggie day care, and pet training! I highly, HIGHLY Recommend them! 😊

First I live in Idaho; visit Washington 2-3 times a year to see family. Since finding them i'm always impressed with the level of commitment and information they share with me. Definitely a high end pet center; they have it all information, food- wet and dry, treats etc., anything and everything for dogs and cats. They're always willing to ship whatever I need, since I live so far away from any store that carries their products, without reservation. Best place to get everything for the fur babies we have in our lives. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. Lastly the products they carry are competitively priced.

Great owners! Awesome customer service! Got an amazing referral for boarding services! After giving us samples of the totally amazing, grain free food they carry, my dog loves it! I'm so happy knowing he's eating food that is so good for him!

Went in there for the first time a few days ago because I remember seeing that they carried Kasiks and my boyfriend likes to feed the dogs Kasiks. So I went in to inquire about pricing, bag size, etc....The store was very clean, the girls in there were very knowledgeable about each brand of dog food they had. Asked about what type of dogs we had, ages, weight etc....they didn't carry what I thought they had, but told me why and how come and the whole reasoning. Great canned food choices also. They also do dog boarding and training. It's a high end dog food store which is nice because that's right up my boyfriend's alley for the dogs. Ones a retired athlete and one is in training for various retrieving sports. He only wants the best food for them. The girl even gave me samples of food to try and the dogs loved it and their poop looks great. Yes we make sure the dog food is doing its job through their poop. I highly recommend this place if you want high quality dog food from people who know what they are talking about.

Best 🐕 food ever😊 And I truly recommend the #1 with extra pickles. My wife had a short haired retriever named Nick, good dog. Anyway enough about us. The service is great and no one looks at you funny 😁 so big+ at these joints🤪

They were very friendly and answered numerous questions regarding training and food for my puppy and senior dog. It's nice to have such a great resource in the area. I'm looking forward to starting puppy classes.

Really nice store and great lady who runs it. They have some cat food I have never seen anywhere else. I appreciated her knowledge. I will definitely be a return customer.
