Boss Hogg's BBQ and Catering

Great bbq food! Maybe the best I’ve had in Washington. My favorites were the pulled pork and the beans with smoked sausage, but everything was pretty dang delicious. The only tiny criticism I had is that the coleslaw was a bit under seasoned/salted. Would definitely stop by here again.

So I am in this small Washington state town to buy a building for a fresh produce and espresso drive through my business partner and i are setting up in Marysville, WA. So we get the name of a BBQ place to have a quick lubch after we buy the building. Well, i can tell you that this is the BEST BBQ I HAVE HAD North of the Mississippi! I grew up in Texas where BBQ is and i did not expect to find the same flavors, delicate, and just plain amazing and tender BBQ in this small town. But I did. I had the brisket , string beans, and corn muffins to die for!

Seriously you should drive from Seattle or Portland to have a BBQ in this amazing place. BOSS HOGGS BBQ I love you!! ❤

I have had BBQ around the country. Some good, some bad, and then there is Boss Hogs BBQ. Total YUM!!! A perfect blend of smoke with smooth BBQ sauce flavor that makes your taste buds scream for more without the use of a whole roll of Tumm's to settle down the heartburn from too much smoke and spice. I had the two meat platter with pulled pork BBQ, pulled chicken BBQ, and the sides, plus rolls. It was spot on. I highly suggest trying out Boss Hogs BBQ. You'll be glad you did. Also took shots of the menu.

Definitely coming back! Felt right at home walking in. Very much enjoyed the sampler on my first visit and for an extra charge swapped out the pulled pork and chicken for the burned ends (only on Fri and Sat) and Trị trip (only on Fri). The baked beans were awesome, so was the mashed potatoes and corn muffins.

Brisket was spot on with perfect amount of smoke. Mac n Cheese was very good and unique! Slaw good and ribs tasty! Sauce equally great. A tad $ but justified! It's a bar so maybe not for kiddos.

didn't know what i was getting myself into when i found this spot returning home from a mt rainier outing. i was hungry. i'm not fom around these ways, but the bar staff were nice & welcoming...and the food. the food was fantastic

i've been to a few places and this is legit the best pulled pork i've ever had. amazing bbq sandwich too. flavorful, very good portions, sides like loaded baked beans and slaw were rich in flavor.

don't sleep. this real deal bbq.

The food was seriously AMAZING !! Staff was very friendly and welcoming . Pricing was reasonable for the high quality food . The portions were huge and I will definitely be taking family and friends back to eat and also recommending to anyone asking for a good restaurant .

Hands down the best BBQ around. We shared the 3 meats 2 sides and it blew my mind. THE MAC N CHEESE WAS SO GOOD!!! We had the pulled pork, brisket & tri tip with potato salad n the Mac and I’m already looking forward to trying more. The potato salad was delicious. I can’t decide which meat I liked best because they were all so Yummy! The owners were fun and friendly! Thanks for the great food and service! 10/10 recommend

A new BBQ pit and catering in Winlock. They offer different meats and meals on different nights. During the Covid - 19 stay at home period, they are open for take out only. The side is ribs were moist and fall off the bone full of flavor. Saturday night is brisket night, along with pulled pork and pulled chicken. They also have smoked sausage. During the mid week, they offer different meal combinations. Try their smokes Mac and cheese. Everything is smoked on site. They are doing it right.

We got the family meal on Saturday night. Pulled pork and pulled chicken as our meats. Cheesy potatoes and green beans. It comes with slaw and rolls.

My husband and I ate here for the first time tonight. The brisket and tri tips were fantastic. Very delicious sides as well. The owner was very personable and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Remodel look’s awesome! We had our South Lewis County Chamber meeting here. Service was friendly and fast!

Definitely a place to go to again! The food was amazing and we tried nearly everything as we had a larger group. Staff was super helpful and friendly. We missed the band but definitely will be back.

They catered for a funeral service and the food was fantastic, service was excellent, the set up was great and the owner and his wife were fantastic and friendly! highly recommend this place!

we had the restaurant to ourselves on a Wednesday afternoon. we stopped for lunch and had a magnificent feed of smoked sausage and brisket taco with potatoe salad and corn muffin. my wife had pulled chicken salad and it too was delicious. recommend a stop to any one passing by who wants good bbq and great service.

By far one of the messiest burritos I've ever had. BUT that's not a complaint, cause the big boss burrito is delicious!
