Harbor Freight Tools

I'm a diesel technician I got tools from DeWalt I got tools from snap-on I got tools from husky and people give harbor freight a lot of garbage but I'll be honest with you I buy a lot of stuff from them too whether it be a wrench or even something as more precise as a torque wrench I have found that even their pro series of icon torque wrenches outperform some of those overpriced snap-ons I would use the other terminology for snap-on if this wasn't a public post but let's just put it this way for the price of harbor freight icon against a snap-on I'll choose the precision of the icon cuz at least I'm not taking it in the back door with icon like I am with snap-on and I'm in this store which is like a man's toy store every few weeks that I should have stock in the company that's how much I got to say about harbor freight Good company and quality of tools is getting better by the day as far as I'm concerned

Staff is always friendly and helpful and depending on what you buy the quality can be pretty decent.

Always have the tools I need at reasonable prices!

I sent my wife in to get some cut off wheels and the poor manager had a hard time understanding what she was asking for but once on the phone he got her right what I was needing even though there was only 2 employee in the store he made sure I got what I need talk about customer service

In the store all the time and the workers are very nice.

Update 8/27/22: I was able to get an air hose kit for my little compressor and the price was great. The cashier was friendly.

Another good visit with a tool users best store. Can't beat the prices and selection and sales staff are helpful. I have even gotten advised to wait occasionally on purchases when an upcoming sale would get me a better deal. That's advice I can use.

Right tools for the job... Lots hammers no nails

I could live in a place like this give me a week I could just pitch A-tent and just not eat or drink for the 1st week just going through all the stuff I love this place it's my sanctuary has awesome deals you can get a whole set of half In sockets for 20 bucks

I would give this store a 6 on a five star scale.
Not for the tools though I have a pile of them.
But the staff. OMG. It is rare indeed to find this quality accuracy and care from more than employee in just about any store. I called in advance to see if they had 4 of a light. The man said yes. I showed up and there were 2 on the shelf. Typical dissapointment and anger? NO. A staffer at checkout heard me talk to the checker and that was heard by 3rd employee. 3rd said I'll look and the man up front told him where the box was in the back. Boom got them. Massively Impressed

Can't ever make it out of here without buying other things that I have been in need of. They always have the tools and the equipment you need. People always remark about the quality but I have many items that have lasted many years under regular use. Would you pay more if manufacturing of this stuff came to America? I would. Crazy how everything is made in China...even pandemics!!!

I buy obscure tools from here. You cant beat the price. And if you don't use the tools everyday ( at least the hand tools) they will last. I have never purchased power tools. Leave a comment on how they perform.

The staff was excellent helped us find what we needed quickly.they were also very important of all the specials and deals they had going on.
