Such great customer service. I had a manufacturing issue with flooring that had been but in a few years prior and while the manufacturer dodged around doing what was right Carpet One took care of it for me at their cost. I really appreciate going above and beyond to help me. Love my floors and counter tops so much.

I'm happy to say I-5 Carpet delivered on everything they said they would -- a friendly, in-home measurement, high-quality materials, on-time installation with a qualified team of carpet installers, and even a professional repair job when my grandson accidentally spilled a gallon of paint on my brand new carpet. They have a huge selection of any kind of floor covering you’re looking for. I had to replace a carpet in a bedroom, but I wanted it to match as closely to my other bedrooms. Sales staff is very helpful and accommodating, no pressure in there well stocked showroom. Installers professional, prompt and informative. They have been thru our entire house more then once in 20 plus years including kitchen cabs and every project has turned out as we envisioned. Highly recommended for any and all upgrades or repairs.

We did a huge remodel in our house from all new floors to a completely different set up in our kitchen design. We were very indecisive on how we wanted the new layout, but our sales rep Harlan was patient and kind with helping us find the right layout that we fell in love with. He showed us virtually a few different options which helped us make our dream home come true. We had so many questions and he was so nice about answering every concern. The crew that put the cabinets and floor in were very quick as well. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

They did a great job for my clients when they resurfaced their laminate countertops. By adding a new back splash, some paint, and new luxury vinyl it gave the kitchen an affordable face lift.

from the estimate to the install they were super friendly and helpful. Harlan was our sales rep and he was friendly and not pushy at all, he worked with what we wanted and didn't push products we didn't like- he even met with us after hours to accommodate our schedules! The office staff always knew what was going on and was very friendly. our new laminate floor looks great and we would definitely recommend these guys!

Kadie was so helpful to me in picking out my flooring choices. Sabrina was a delight in getting everything measured for us and Nick was courteous, respectful of our time frame to get the carpet and flooring placed and did an absolutely amazing job!!

We had our kitchen, laundry room and master bath laid with new sheet vinyl. They sales crew were knowledgeable and very responsive to our questions and prompt with their written quote. The installer was excellent, a great work ethic and skilled. The finished floors look superb!

Harlan was very helpful and invited us to the showroom. The whole office staff was very kind. Harlan also went out of his way to order sample flooring. The floor has a 30 year lifespan so see ya in 30 years Harlan!
