Wanted to give a quick shoutout to Chris and Damian for helping me out with a quick return while on the way to the airport! Showed nothing but love, and the store was immaculate. Definitely visit this one vs. the one in Santa Monica if you want a more personal experience. Will definitely return.

First time coming to this location and had a very pleasant experience. The guys were extremely helpful and patient with us. They provided me with great options and helped my daughter with her first pair of docs.

The team working Sunday April 28th during the day was incredible. Such amazing, welcoming energy, they were attentive and quick to share their expertise on all things doc martens, and truly had a passion for these boots. I left happily with a vegan pair that they helped me pick out with lots of encouragement and enthusiasm. Appreciate the people at this store tremendously!

I came in the other day to just check out the store, (I like to come in occasionally to see whats new) but after chatting it up with Damien he showed me some really awesome recommendations and I ended up leaving with two! He was extremely knowledgable, super easy going and fun to talk to! He answered all my questions and overall it was the best experience I've had at a docs store, hands down. Thanks Damien!

The silver lake Dr. Martens store is employees are amazing! I went there to buy some new docs and I was well taken care of. The gentleman and the young woman were extremely to kind. I highly recommend this store to anyone. I will definitely come back and shop there again in the near future.

I went in to exchange a pair of boots and ended up coming out with an extra pair cuz I couldnt Decide between the two options lol the store is bright and organized, very clean. Bought my granddaughter her first pair of Dr Martens she loves them I was tempted to buy me a pair too! Their selection of shoes are awesome the employees were ready to help as soon as we walked in, loved that. 😍 The originals are on the back wall and don't forget to buy the stuff to protect the leather, its essential to help your shoes keep looking awesome. As we walked out had so many compliments ☺ you guys are great, thanks 😊

I had a great experience at this store! I went in to see if they had the mono boots in my size. The girl there was really helpful with getting me the right fit. I didn’t have socks on so it was a little challenging to tell the fit on my end (and my first pair). She had great advice on caring for them. I will definitely go back here if I want to get another pair in the future.

i’ve gone to this store twice and every time they’re really nice and welcoming. the first time i was attended by two girls and today i got attended by two guys and they helped me to get my first pair of doc martens. Now with the pandemic they make sure you have a mask and if you don’t have a mask then they give you one and they make you sanitize your hands. Will come back :)
