Staff and owner(s) know what is up! This location carries a lot more then Home Depot will. This location carries many items that Home Depot does and will not carry. It is nice to walk through the store and see the many things that are unique in home improvements/upgrades.

I needed to find a special hose that is not your typical length. When I asked Home Depot the staff there looked at me confused. My wife suggested this place and bam, they had the hose at a longer length (I am not sure why the hose is longer than usual, but this place had/has it).

Will be returning many times for upgrades/improvements for the house!!

I came to buy a kitchen faucet and I got the one I needed. The business personnel was very helpful and showed me how to install it. Brooklyn hardware offers a large selection of do it yourself hardware and supplies and I'm glad I went there first.

Besides great prices, we have always received great, knowledgeable, professional, and polite customer service. They go out of their way to help you looking for everything that you need. If they don't have in stock they will immediately order it for you. Our Family have been a long time/decades consumers/ customers for Brooklyn Hardware Store. Great little shop. They have most of what you need for quick little repairs and projects around the house. Great plants in the garden too. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Way better than dealing with the headache of Home Depot or Lowe's.

Love this hardware store, a real gem in East LA. Its family owned and by POC's.
My family has been coming here for decades and love the customer service. You can find anything from beautiful plants to outside lighting, repairing drainage items to painting materials, outside bins to trash cans, and much more. Check them out.

Staff are really helpful. Willing to take stuff to your car and if they can help you fix a problem right then and there they will. Been coming here since I was a kid and I haven't found a better place to go.

Support your local business even tho they may not be as experienced/helpful as the homedepot people lol be patient

Went to make copies of house keys. It was cheap ($1 each copy) and quick. Would go again, & would recommend to others. :)
