F45 Training Glendale North

Yesy and Tanya are the best trainers I've had in a long, long time. They are actively working with and have touch points with each member in the class, are correcting form, and offering up motivation and modifications! I have really enjoyed this location due to their impact on each class.

The best of the best! I've gone to every boutique fitness class you can imagine. This location made me fall in love with F45, and this studio is everything I've wanted out of a gym (and more) for a few reasons:

(1) The community. All the regulars go out of their way to make new faces feel welcome. There's a strong community of people that really cares about each other.
(2) The workout. Each day presents a new challenge, and I've never felt stronger. F45 has a cult following for a reason!

But the best part of this location is (3) The trainers. Yes, the coaches will push you to work harder, but they will do it while making you laugh. Vibes are a 15/10 because the coaches are all the kindest trainers ever.

TL/DR: run don't walk to this gym

I love F45 in Glendale. I have been a member for 1 year and 1/2 going to the 6am class. My strength and fitness are at my best ever. I am so grateful that all I have to do is show up and then the magic happens. Grateful for coach Rizo and how fun and encouraging he makes our class.

I used to be someone who continuously complained about my appearance but never really took the step forward in making a change. A friend of mine asked me to work out at F45 and i have never looked back since! I have made friends, gained confidence in myself and enhanced my life/health for the better.

My favorite gym so far! Very efficient type of workout in just 45minutes. All the coaches are nice and knowledgeable! Worth every penny!

Great way to get a quick workout in. 45 mins and you’re in and out. The staff and gym goers are awesome. Would definitely recommend!
