Best Vans store in LA!! First off, its two stories and has an impressive selection of clothing as well as shoes. Also, they sell certain styles of sneakers that aren't available at any other stores except that one. I dropped in to buy one new pair of sneakers and left with three. A pair of high-tops, low-tops and slip-ons. I couldn't help myself! Lastly, the customer service I received was exceptional. I don't remember her name but she took pride in her job and made sure I had an enjoyable shopping experience without being pushy. Thanks again whoever you are...the shoes are awesome!

I couldn’t submit the vans survey because I ran out of time but when I went to the store on July 31st everyone in the store was so welcoming and friendly. I was asked by several associates if I needed help, the store was immaculately clean, well organised and with an amazingly cool layout that made it definitely seem like part shop part flagship museum.

Big shout out to my cashier Sarahi - she was lovely to chat to, great company and knowledgeable about the store. As a Brit on holiday it was the best retail experience I had in LA!

Man these sales associates rock I bought two pairs of van skateboard sneakers and clothes because they were so concerned about helping me.

I was able to get dressed in my new clothes in-store before leaving👍😭✅ awesome work guys!

I walked in for a pair of shoes but they didn’t have what I was looking for, but everyone was super friendly as soon as I walked in. Also I would love to shout out Kyra for being absolutely wonderful and giving me options similar to the shoes I wanted. She also had good knowledge about. The fits of different shoes which I really appreciated. I honestly just night some socks because she was so nice

The staff were as friendly as possible...covid times have not smothered good manners or customer service skills. Really appreciate the positive attitude from all employees at dtla location. So glad I was able to support local business.

Great store and customer service

So excited that Vans has finally opened in downtown! It has a really nice interior and the upstairs area is really cool. I went in to buy socks and the manager (Keegan I think) was really helpful and friendly. I already know I'm going to be spending money here so it's good to see that the workers are nice too.

It true. There's a 2 floor Vans store in DTLA (I didn't even walk past the register desk as I knew what shoes I already needed). It's a beauty of a store. They have everything related to Vans Including special DTLA Vams T shirts. The Salesperson was very helpful, I will be back. Parking could be a issue in the traffic congested downtown center. If visiting Downtown Los Angeles it's worth a vist on your sight seeing/shopping tour.

Big vans, super cheap… cheaper than the Uk by far, would go here again, love vans. The clothing section was the biggest ive seen, great. Everyone was so friendly:)
