I came back for a follow up to my last appointment with RN Cindy, regarding, my laser hair removal today. I am so happy with my results and couldn't wait to come back for more. Cindy is very talented, experienced, knowledgeable and the clinic is well kept. Everyone from the reception to all he staff are verify friendly and socially which make you feel very comfortable when you go to this clinic. I can wait for my next appt. Thanks Cindy!

Everybody was friendly and caring, the nurse was really nice and listen to what I needed. Prices were cheaper compared to other places that I have been before. Definitely recommend this place.

This place was awesome and made me feel so comfortable going in my first time. I made an appointment for 3 but was on a time crunch, so I walked in at 2:30 and they were so sweet and got in the room right at 3. I was done by 3:20!! Didn’t even feel the laser, seriously. Highly recommend this place, I’ve never felt so comfortable in a medical office. Thank you LBC Laser!

Slow but friendly staff

I like the RN that is treating me, Cindy. I just find it ridiculous to pay laser $330 each session and having to pay an extra $5 for numbing cream. One would think a medical office wouldn’t want their patients/customers to be in pain. Having to pay for it is not fair to their patients. This fee is not the employees fault but whoever owns the clinic. This is the 4th medical spa I’ve been to and none have charged for numbing cream for sessions that have cost less. I’ve done multiple sessions of IPL and one of Pico Sure.

2 weeks ago on oct 6th I went to this clinic for laser and I experienced the worst pain ever. I ended up with 2nd degree burn on my bikini area and i had to go to ER 3 days later. They won't give you ice pack or pain medicine or even numb you during the procedure. Am just here warning you ladies to be careful while choosing the right clinic for your laser and I won't recommend this place to anyone.

Don't come here for laser.
Painful and non refundable.
If they zapp you once or twice and you decline to go through with it, you lose your money.
