Hugo is an expert when it comes to doing your taxes. He is extremely responsive! Regardless of the time you call, he will answer. This shows the respect and dedication he provides to each client. I was able to call and schedule an appointment the following week. Hugo, was able to accommodate me to the best time frame I could have for the specific date I needed. I went to do my taxes on a Thursday afternoon (1/23/2020 at 3:00PM). I was extremely lucky to be attended very quickly, so there was no wait time for me. Please do keep in mind Hugo is extremely professional and schedules accordingly. If you have to wait a little past your appointment have the patience because it is well worth it! He will not rush you to get your appointment done. He answers questions even if they sound irrelevant because he cares! Going to Hugo is a pleasing experience and that matters to me. Our time is valuable and he clearly understands that. He will assist you in the best way possible. This is not a place to just do your taxes. You leave with relief that you're in good hands and gained a little bit knowledge about taxes. Executive Tax Pro Services is my to go every year!

Hugo really does have the patience and takes time to go over with you all your income information. It may be a long day for him but he won’t moody when it comes to attending you and your loved ones. Just remember to bring him a coffee or a drink once’s in a while, that would really make his day even better.

Hugo’s been such a great help to me and my family for the past 3 years and this year isn’t any different. With his help I have received more of my tax money this year & with his help again I will get me a new car insurance that cover more and still pay a decent amount for it as well. Driving and waiting patiently at his office for my turn to be assisted by Hugo is very well worth it. He knows how to assist people and have the patiences to explain the process really shows how he is not only as a Tax Consultant but as a good human being.
