Dr Armen Nercessian D.O

One of the better Doctor to see in Glendale. The two doctors actually came by and assessed my condition and told me my back problem there. They said it was very bad. It felt very bad. They have their own physical therapy area there, which is best compared to my first place, that is at Wilshire and Fairfax area.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are for... The staff and doctor are so professional and I have been a patient for many years now. They treat their patients with respect and truly follow up when needed. Thank you for all you do! Highly recommend this practice.

Love this office- the staff and the dr. are very proffecional and absolutly caring. I know exsctly how the heslthcare works now days with capitslization for reimbursement(per patient per month) and good doctors like dr. NERCESSIAN are alwais swamped with patients.
While we're sitting in the exam room frustrated of the wait time, in the next room dr, actually explaining the patient the nature of the problem and the best possible treatment course for the best outcome. This doctor actually spends time with you to make sure you understand the plan of csre and makes sure he has your trust, becsuse as we know possitive results in part depend on patient's mental state and trust. When he finally comes to you and goed through your issues in the same detailed manner and patience you reslize that the few extra minutes youv'e waited were realy worth it.

P.S. I have been in Glendale and Pasadena offices, and in both cased had the same caring approach.

Dr. Nercessian is genuinely knowledgeable about his patients care and Nazeli(the office manager) is super sweet, smart, and helpful. I’ve been with them for years and couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. Every time I panic about something health related the staff at Dr. Nercessian’s office staff are patient and kind and answer any questions I ever have and I appreciate it very much.

Been my family doctor for as long as i can remember, very knowledgeable, answers any questions i have. What i love is that he doesnt mind taking extra time to explain any grey areas to give me my peace of mind. Very helpful and professional!

Worst staff I’ve ever dealt with
When I was almost dying, they refused to Approve my disability this was unbelievable, like if it was coming from their pockets when I worked my whole life for this money, and I never asked for one penny and I’m almost dying for six months, and they refused every month to approve my disability I had to fight with them every month just to get paid for my disability money. Even the doctor was not helping the situation at all. The worst part of this review is that they take no responsibility at all means that they were never change the way they conduct business with the office staff if the doctor doesn’t do any retraining for the office staff, they will continue to do as they please and not take any responsibility that they were ignoring phone calls multiple times And it looks like I’m not the only one that had bad experiences with the office staff. Especially the manager..

Substitute doctor, is maximum an LVN doing doctors Job. Doesn't care of your issiuse not even listening and ignoring your complaints. In addition waisting time on not needed tests and x-rays.
