Felt compelled to leave this review to balance out the others because I had nothing but an amazing and efficient experience with this cake shop! The quality and taste of the cake was DELISH. I hosted a NYE party and everyone loved it, the red velvet cake tasted so light and fresh and rich. I also had a minor change after ordering and they responded and corrected immediately. The delivery driver arrived as promised during the delivery window. And when I called that morning I was able to reach someone after two tries. A little pricey but I would order again.

They are my go to birthday cake place because of their location, their ownership, and most importantly the quality and presentation of their cakes. My son is still talking about the strawberry shortcake almost a year later and has requested it for his 4th birthday. It's so easy to order online and schedule a pickup or delivery. I'm a big fan of how easy it's been every year as there are so many other things going on to get ready for the party.

Amazing customer service. UPS wrongly delivered my original order and was not able to locate it. Sweet E’s jumped on it and made another batch and shipped it right in time for our company work anniversary event. The cookies tasted delish and everyone loves them. Will definitely use again!

A Sweet experience...I needed to turn to Sweet E's at the last minute, as I was thwarted from placing an order with Georgetown Cupcake. I located Sweet E's by Googling for "cupcakes delivery Los Angeles." I actually decided to go with the Marshmallow Bliss Bars, because I only saw two cupcake flavors.

I was able to use the website to choose my item for delivery within a short time frame. I had no problems using the shopping cart feature, or in entering my delivery address. I placed my order, and readily received confirmations and updates from the system about my pending delivery. At the appointed time, they delivered! This was all done with no dependence on customer service or speaking to any person. Their website works perfectly. I am into human centered design, so websites that function as expected are near and dear to my heart.

They are great for last minute cakes. Other places I had to book weeks in advance. I thought the cake I got for my friends bday was delicious and made perfectly she was in tears. I personally think the price is reasonable especially for how quick the turn around is to make the cakes. I picked mine up because I couldn’t afford any delivery issues with it being so last minute. Also they are buttercream cakes at most are. They have to be refrigerated almost immediately because they can melt, I had my ac on blast in my car until I got to where I needed to go. All and all very very pleased with their customer support and their services. This will be my go to spot for now on. Thanks again!

Sweet E's Bake Shop - Best quailty cake shop in California. I raelly love this shop cake. However, the ancient Egyptians are thought to have created the first cake. Egyptians often made honey-sweetened dessert breads, which were likely the earliest version of cakes.

The most beautiful and tasty cake we have ever had! The waiters at the restaurant were even wowed by the cake! It was also moist and delicious. A real winner!

One word, DELICIOUS. We had the most amazing cake tasting experience and it was really hard to choose the cake flavor. We ended up going with coconut and absolutely loved it. The cake was so good I had it for breakfast for three days in a row after the wedding and am already looking forward to having a piece on our one year anniversary. We got RAVE reviews on the cake from all of our guests as well - HIGHLY recommend for anyone who wants delicious baked goods.

I am so beyond thrilled with the service of Sweet E’s Bake Shop. I’m based in Chicago and needed a rush order of custom logo cookies by Thursday. I was desperate and ordered cookies on a Sunday evening to be shipped out the next day and SWEET E’s MADE IT HAPPEN!!!! They completely saved my event and now I have custom cookies! I am so happy. They were packaged with such care- NONE of them broke on their journey from LA to Chicago! I can not recommend this bake shop enough. Seriously you saved my life. 🤍

The most delicious cupcakes! The peanut butter and cookies and cream cupcakes were so moist! The strawberry shortcake was our favorite! The filling was amazing! Definitely recommend!

I was stuck last minute without a cake for my baby shower and stumbled across them, and was so happy I did! Customer service could have been a little better, I did want to change something very small in the cake and tried calling and texting and emailing several times without a response until later when it was too late. But I was pleasantly surprised when I received the cake, it looked beautiful, it was tasty, my friends loved it, and I’m truly happy with my choice. I would highly recommend.

I have only the highest praise for Sweet E’s bake shop. For the past several years I have ordered cakes, cupcakes and cookies from them, personalized for a variety of occasions. They have done cookies and cupcakes with sports team logos, and most recently a sheet cake with a photo that I submitted embedded in the frosting. The staff members are friendly and helpful, the website is easy to navigate and use, the delivery service is reliable, and most importantly the confections are beautiful and extremely delicious. I have placed all of my orders by phone or web and have been absolutely delighted each and every time. Highly recommend!!
