If I could, I'd give it 100 stars. This is best experience I've ever had buying a new car so far. The whole negotiation was wonderful, no pressure at all and Enrique the sales rep was perfect. He explained everything about the car in great detail.I couldn't be happier and more satisfied with Antelope Valley Volkswagen. Definitely the best dealership in California. Please consider this dealership if you are looking for a new car. Thank you very much Enrique and all the representatives for made this dream came true.

I honestly could not have been happier with my experience at AV Volkswagen. Enrique and Jose made the whole process effortless. We came in with our terms in hand and left with exactly what we were expecting. It was the easiest car purchase I have ever had.

First time at AV Volkswagen. Got an oil change. Waited at dealership. Was in and out in little over an hour. Clean facility, free coffee, super friendly staff. Very happy. Thank you Evelyn (Service Writer), Service tech, porter and cashiers.
Only concern is, and could just be me, there are no obvious direction signs to Service dept. They do have 'Service' displayed on the front of the drive thru but is sort of tucked back to the left of the main showroom building. Still, I am satified with my service visit.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Tara helped me troubleshoot before purchasing parts and stayed late to have the service finished so I can take my car home the same day. They definitely take care of their customers!

Jose came out to meet me one evening when he saw me looking at the cars, he was very polite, and not pushy in the least. We went for a test drive, and then I made a plan to return in two days and we did. He was in communication with me during those two days, and I appreciated the followup.

Made leasing a new vehicle a painless process, especially since it id my first time leasing. Jose walked me through all of the tech features thoroughly making what could have been a frustrating experience, an easy and enjoyable one.

I have always had my car serviced by Antelope Valley Volkswagen! I love how nice and helpful the employees are and more importantly how thorough of an inspection my car gets. I usually wait for the service when I bring my car in and they email me the entire time keeping me updated about my car. They also include a video of your car being inspected and what needs to be repaired. I just can’t say enough about this dealership. I will always go to this dealership for my cars service.

The service staff is helpful, informative and friendly. I called at 5:15 on a Friday and they went out of their way to assist me! The gals at AV VW service desk are a delight to deal with.

I brought my car here for wheel alignment and got it done with an advertised coupon. Service was done without any pressure to do extra work plus I got a nice car wash done at the end. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Early bird drop off was easy and allowed me to get to work on time. I will definitely return!

I would say overall, it was a good experience since the issue I had with the engine was taken care of but a couple of things I would say needs improvement is communication and catering to the customer. I had to ask about the status of my vehicle a few times and requested a car rental since my car was at the dealership for 3 weeks.
