Dunkin'

I love the donuts, they are sooo delicious. The refreshers are awesome as well. The service is great, the staff is extremely friendly. And they are cashless.

I’m not sure the young man’s name, I believe it started with a J, but he was extremely kind & had a great recommendation when they were out of cold brew. He made the whole experience a 10/10!!
We need more people like him in this world :)

I stopped by here since it’s near the Amazon fresh drop off location. I stood around looking at the almost empty display case for a minute and was told by an employee that orders are taken through the kiosk. NO CASH ONLY PLASTIC, It was straightforward but could be confusing if you never used one before. I ordered a coffee roll and blueberry muffin. They were out of the coffee roll so he gave me 2 apple fritters instead. Very tasty apple fritter I never had one before. I’d definitely come back if I want a snack. Employees very friendly and store very clean.

So Im a huge fan of Dunkin but this location sucks.
Ordered at least 5 times from them and they got 4 of those orders wrong.
Yesterday I asked for a Bavarian kreme and the lady didnt know which one it was.I assumed she was told by her colleagues and I ended uo with the wrong donut.No big deal but the Manager lady with braids is a inconvenience.She asked for a reciept when Im like a regular.She didnt recognized me?
Then in the past she got one of my orders wrong and never apologized for it.No "Heres a free donut for the inconvenience and for bein inconsiderate"
Everyone else seems like they want to try to help people which is the first rule for customer service.If you dont want to be there u should just bounce.Wont be coming here again.

Nice staff and very good coffee.

Friendly awesome staff team. Beautofully Clean gast casual eatery. Selection of donuts is mid sized and great. Fun Autumn selection of pastries, such as maple leaves, also harvest pumpkins. The lattes and frappes are definitely on the sweet side so you can ask for less add ins. Large selection.

The staff is very nice and the food here and donuts are SO good. I recommend the grilled cheese. Definitely will come back soon.

Great service & wonderful drinks , I went in just for about Ice coffee, but instead the young lady suggested "Brown iceed coffee brew " , so cool & yummy 😋. . . I'm going back 😁

This is the best Dunkin I have ever gone to. Employees are the nicest I have ever interacted with. Would recommend this location to everyone.

The iced coffee was perfect and fresh. Nice inside and a very clean bathroom.
