Firmstrong

Firmstrong has very good quality bikes. Soft cushioning on the seating. Nice Baskets on the front or back or there bicycles.

I must say I have had a few Schwinn beach cruisers as Huffy an Electra yet as they may very in style dur to the maker,I have to say that Firmstrong is the best made beach bike I have seen on the market an for a reasonable price.

I ordered a Firmstrong Urban Man 7 Speed Men's 26" Beach Cruiser on October 6th. A week later, I still has not received any updates about the status of the order, so I contacted Firmstrong about the status of my order via their preferred method of email. A week later, after getting no response, I finally called them to find out the status of my order, to find out the bike was out of stock. I had to wait two weeks and initiate contact with them to find this out, and then the person I spoke to on the phone about this couldn’t care less that their service and response was severely lacking. I spent a lot of time researching bikes before I went with FirmStrong, and I ordered directly from them instead of through a bike shop, as I believe in supporting small local businesses whenever possible, but they need to be better at the post-sale customer dealings.
