Been coming here for a while once the new people took over it’s a very great and clean store. Last managers kept the store extraordinarily dirty and half empty but now it’s starting to turn into a better store. Sucks that the soda machine still down but oh well.

This place is getting way better then before because the store is more organized n clean morning guys are funny n super chill nice keep up the good work guys

This 7/11 is the best quick shopping place in Torrance. Partly because of the owners who are super nice and very friendly and helpful. Very clean and sterile store!

It's a nice place to take a quick bite the staf is very knowledgeable of the store if something is empty they will bring it and refill it for you,

I had an interesting experience at this location on December 14 between 4 PM and 4:30 PM. When I approached the door I was greeted by hastily written and barely legible sign which I eventually made out to read, “Back in 10 minutes, THANX.” There were soon three customers waiting for service with no one behind the counter. After a few minutes, a young man came from the back and chastised us for not waiting outside, despite the door being unlocked. He behaved as if WE were in the wrong, even though he was the one who left an entire store unattended and vulnerable. At best, it’s questionable business practice and inexcusable customer service.

They start pocketing my change and saying it was for a bag
It's not in the recipt and I called customer service they said they dint charge for bags. Dude was taxing people 10 cents per customer lol

The worst service at this location. Just as bad as the one on Western and Rosecrans. They still had those old school coffee pots first of all and the clerk tells me not to use the Big Gulp cups for coffee. And I told him I won't come in here next time because that's stupid. And he says nothing else. He just stood there smirking at me.

Worst service and VERY vindictive lady working there during the evening,reccomend to avoid this place!!! "Ruby" is the WORST employee here,or anywhere. I had an experience with her a few weeks ago where I asked for a receipt and she blew up on me and sent me away stating "we dont need your money" over me asking for a receipt? Today I returned and she told me at the door I wont give u any service, because I asked for a reciept for the condiments she sold me from the hot dog bar? C'mon! She knows she messed up and does this kind of embezzlement all day at this location.

Worst service in all of southern California, Ruby embezzled condiments from here for the hot dogs by selling them to me then kicked me out of this 7-11 for asking for a reciept stating "We dont need your money" so I left today I returned and she refused service to me because of it. I WILL be informing the owner of the blatant disrespect and disregard for customer service. Avoid this store, they shortchange AND sell you condiments that are supposed to be free

Homeless sleep outside of this store and use the sidewalk for their bathroom. Do not go here. It smells like a septic tank exploded.
