What I first thought to be a great deal and good customer service turned out to be untrue.

Manuel Felix & his partner, Jackie, first present themselves as kind and welcoming. My partner knew them and recommended I check them out. I went in with intention to buy a mattress, possibly two, if the cost was right. Since the second matress wasn't for myself, I only bought the one and they hooked it up with delivery. Great...up until I tried to make the 2nd purchase.

They claimed they would inform me when they got more and that it would be soon. (About a couple of weeks.) Ok, not a problem. That is, until they ignored me when I tried to check the status of the restock. After checking in and getting no response from them I took my business elsewhere. They didn't respond until months after the fact! Their communication was utterly lacking and unprofessional. I was disappointed with the entire exchange.

After the fact, some things came to light about Manuel's character and work ethic I wish I had known before giving them my business.
