I am writing this review on behalf of my mother as a warning to not only all customers but especially seniors. My mom received a quote over the phone and she set up an appointment. When he showed up he more than DOUBLED the price. For one area rug that isn’t even a large rug. I own a bed and breakfast and I clean our rugs on the regular—let me tell you, it’s not that hard. They then left it outside to dry, which I suppose makes sense but then my elderly parents ended up having to move a very heavy (for seniors) rug. The real kicker?? This scam artist asked my mom to write a check to CASH. She refused, but then he just gave her a bunch of initials that made no sense—primary point being that it was not made out to a company name. She insisted on an invoice which he wrote but has basically zero information on it.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. THEY TARGET THE ELDERLY AND ARE NOT A REAL COMPANY.
