I contacted DuPont Realty about one of their homes I saw was available for rent and they were such a great help! Owen was able to provide me with a bunch of information and help me try finding something that fit my needs. Overall a great experience!

I have rented from DuPont for around 10 years (1 condo, 1 home). I have been very lucky to work with Bob for both rentals. Any maintenance issues I have had, which was rare, were immediately scheduled for quick resolve. Bob and staff have been a pleasure to communicate with through the years. Lease renewals and walkthroughs were always simple and fair.
As of today, I have ended my relationship with them due to moving out of state as a home owner: If I ever relocate back to WA, I will absolutely restart my journey with them.

Bob is an amazing person! He was extremely helpful in finding a rental for us in April, was very kind and understanding. We needed something quickly. He immediantely went to work to find something that would fit our needs. He came to my rescue again last night when I locked myself out of my house. I was extremely stressed out especially since it was well outside of office hours. I called Bob. He reassured me that everything was alright and would be there within 10 mins. I reached out to dozens of companies trying to find a place to rent with a unique situation in which I don't meet rental qualifications. Britt with Dupont Realty was the first and only person to work with me to help me find a place. She has responded to emails, calls, and texts very quickly. She took the time to gather information about my situation and talk with me about what my options are. Walked into Dupont Realty looking to rent out my condo as well as recommendations for a contacts to get my condo ready for rent! Dupont Realty staff walked through my unit a few days later, and they gave me a small list of to do’s to get the place rental ready! After all was said and done, my home was rented within two weeks of my initial contact date. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the process. I am happy that my unit is in good hands, and i’m enjoying this process stress free and hands off!

Penelope and staff were extremely helpful when I was a renter, the leasing process went smoothly and once we moved in they had a great maintenance team who resolved any issue quickly. When transitioning from renter to home owner, Penelope was my realtor and she was the reason my home closed on time, she helped me with getting the best inspectors as well as suggesting great companies for updating my new condo. I will definitely be using her services again once I rent my condo out. She really took care of me throughout the home buying process.

We have been with DuPont Realty for many years, and have had many property managers. We have been mildly happy with the service and never knew what was going on with our property. Then Chelsea Martel took over the account as property manager in 2018. Since then, we have been extremely pleased with Chelsea’s stellar communication, positive attitude, and amazing customer service. Living across the country, we are reassured that our home is in her very capable hands. It is comforting to know that we have a property manager we can fully trust when it comes to the care of our home. We will continue using DuPont Realty as long as she is around!

I contacted DuPont Realty last Spring when I was looking for a house to rent. I spoke with Pene Lacy and she spent a lot of time with me on the phone going through my needs and wants.
I met with Bob and viewed 3 houses and found the one I wanted.
In the unfortunate state of our world today, I found the entire staff to be friendly, positive and energetic. The office was more than equipped with protective gear (sanitizer, masks, gloves etc.) when I went there for my lease signing.
As with other homes my husband and I have rented (we have rented several), I have had a couple of maintenance issues. The first was with one of the toilets. I had to reschedule at the last minute and this delayed the fix another 2 days. My 2nd issue was with the garage door and this was repaired within 24 hours. I had no complaints about the companies that were contacted to fix.
My personal experience with this office has been professional and attentive.
I would recommend DuPont Realty to anyone considering a home to purchase, sell or rent. I will be contacting Pene to help me purchase a home in the near future when my husband arrives to Washington.

I have nothing but great things to say about Penelope and the group at DuPont Realty. We rented a home in DuPont for three years with DuPont Realty. If any maintenance issue came up, they fixed the issue promptly. They always let us know plenty of time ahead if they needed access to show our home. Everyone was always helpful and friendly to me and my family. We enjoyed working with Penelope so much that we chose to use her as our Real Estate agent for the purchase of our new home. Again, Penelope went above and beyond what was asked of her, all the while with a smile on her face. She made the home buying process painless and reassuring. DuPont Realty served as my property management for 9 years and they did a pretty great job. The few times there was an issue in which I was unhappy I brought it to Penelope and she quickly fixed it. I hear horror stories of property managers from my friends and I was always happy that I never had anything crazy like that with DuPont Realty. My place was always rented out quickly to responsible tenants.
They kept their eyes on the market for me whenever I had renters moving out. When it came time to sell my place they quickly jumped on it and I had an offer within days of listing. Megan kept me informed throughout the process.

DuPont Realty managed our property for a few years, and when we decided to sell, we had them represent us as our agent. Penelope was always honest and upfront with everything. We always received our rent payments on time, and during the sales process, there were no hiccups. Being 2K miles away, it made me feel at ease, knowing that we had a great company representing us. No issues the two years we rented a house through DuPont realty. Service requests were repaired fairly quick. We had no issues during move out and received our deposit back (minus the lock changing cost). Would rent with them again in the future.

I absolutely LOVED working with the team at DuPont Realty. They are exceptionally military friendly and highly knowledgeable about the area and current market conditions. When my family PCS'd to the area, DuPont Realty had more great properties available for rent than any other company and the houses were far better than what was available on post. After living in the home for a year, my husband and I decided to buy because of the great rental market. Penelope was there to guide us through the entire process and negotiated us a great deal! I know where I'll go to list my house when we PCS next time!!!

Honestly I haven't had a rental company advocate for me like this before. The furnace went out in the condo and the company not only offered to provide space heaters, but fought to get a whole new furnace for our unit (the old one being quite old) rather than just patch it with a bandaid.
They've also been readily available to help with other, smaller issues!
