Came in for last minute grilling things for turkey, and Ben was super friendly and knowledgeable! We ended up going with his recommendation for the turkey rub, and it got amazing reviews! I had my 2 kiddos in tow with me, and he also helped bring our pellets out to my car. This is the best Ace hardware!

Visited this Ace to get a Traeger product for my husband for our anniversary…ended up not only getting what I had planned on purchasing, but getting personalized recommendations for spices, rubs, etc. from the super knowledgeable and friendly owner of the store. Really impressed by the customer service. Felt like I stepped back in time and was at a local hardware store when people actually knew each other’s names and wanted to help and not just get a paycheck. I live in Olympia but will make the drive to go to this ACE in the future simply because I want to support this owner!

The Ace Hardware store in DuPont is one of the best I've ever visited. The store is modern looking and even has Electric Car Charging stations in front. Despite being a small store compared to the big warehouse stores, it is extremely well stocked with items you may not be able to find elsewhere. The staff are outstanding and super helpful. Definitely recommend this store for your hardware needs.

Great store! Every washer, screw, nut, etc, organized. If you need whatever in hardware it seems they probably have it. Great work crew, I'm disabled, we parked in handicap space and when I got out, I was passenger, I stepped in sludgy, slick oily goo and almost fell. Told the young man inside and he quickly got it cleaned up. It was stuff from street going into the curb drain. Thank you so much!

DuPont Ace reminds me of the old-fashioned hardware store.. but with modern technology. They have everything! ..plus a wonderful helpful staff. One of them, Joe, helped me out today with purchasing a small bbq grill, and was very careful putting it into my car.

The ladies I found in the store are your friendly, hometown style storekeepers. Helpful but respectful and wanting you to walk out with the best solution. Great stock and many things right up to the latest technology such as best rated electric mowers and power tools.

Convenient and easy to get to. I love the rewards because I get coupons in the mail for money off my purchase and they give a military discount on top of that. They always have what I need whether batteries or light bulbs and things for small projects. It's very clean and well organized.

I came in last week and got a quote on a weed eater with brush cutting capabilities. I had plans to fix my other one, but wanted to know just in case it didn't work. I came in today, and I saw the individual I spoke with last week and mentioned the weed eater. He remembered and helped me beyond what I had expected! I feel really bad, but I can't remember the individual who helped me, but I definitely feel he went above and beyond. He made sure I registered the weed eater I bought, fueled it, and walked me through proper operation. Not only that, but he insured I had the proper equipment (new guard) to run the brush blade I wanted. After getting home, I attacked the black berries that I'd wanted to chop down, and the weed eater performed flawlessly.

Thank you for exceptional customer service. It was awesome to feel like I was listened to and I was helped to get exactly what I needed.

In my work having access to anything home related, and without having to travel to get it, makes having DuPont Ace an invaluable tool.

The staff are genuinely interested in helping you and while I don't usually ask for help, but when I have it's been obvious that the associate has a good understanding of what goes into a home and exactly where each item is located. The store is well organized and it surprises me how they have all the items of the larger stores packed into a neighborhood store. They have an amazing selection of hardware with more variety than the larger competitors.

The major difference between Ace and the Lowes and Home Depot's would be that they aren't a lumber yard, nobody goes there expecting them to be such.

Dupont Ace is a place I recommend you visit before you decide to make the drive elsewhere. More than likely they have what you need.

Joe was super helpful. We have never had a service issue at this location. I was happy to learn they rent carpet cleaners. It is a smaller location but much more helpful than the other larger chains

Friendly and helpful staff, and on that note they are well staffed. I got the stuff that I needed to make my repairs. This is like a hardware convenient store. It's great.

SUPER EXPERIENCE!! - came in for some paint and was redirected to a product that was both less expensive AND better for my application. On top of that they sold me some items that had been pulled from the shelves to be returned that were still good at a significantly reduced price. GOOD FOLKS/GOOD SERVICE.

BUT PLEASE TELL JARROD THAT NOT EVERY BLACK PERSON IS HERE TO ROB THE STORE...HE LITERALLY FOLLOWS ME FROM AISLE TO AISLE AND I KNOW ITS NOT BECAUSE HE WANTS TO HELP. Large selection of items for a store this size...saved me a trip to HomeDepot on many occasions... and the customer service is unmatched, everyone is very knowledgeable, super friendly and eager to help!! AND to top it off, they would love to meet your fur babies 🐕, so dont leave them in the car! 😊

It was hot, and I was melting. I couldn't find an ac unit to save my life. This store special ordered me one so I could keep my family comfortable during the crazy heatwave.

Outstanding, super helpful and always willing to lend a hand or make a recommendation. For DuPont its super convenient. Locally owned also, so its good to support the little guy!
