Been coming here for years! I must say my most recent visit , Uriel went above and beyond! He provided great costumer service and does it with a happy and friendly attitude, which makes my experience nicer and just adds to great food !

I am a regular for the spicy chicken bowl too but I must say it’s a great place for quick and yummy food + friendly service!

I usually take out and the food is super fresh and delicious. I’ve had the salmon plate, chicken plate, various sushi rolls, and ramen. They’re all delicious and cooked just right! Service is great and they always get my order right even with multiple substitutions. It may take a little time for them to prepare the order, but it’s worth the wait for the quality and freshness.

A solid lunch place with healthy meals, quick service, friendly staff and a nice big dining room.

A few years ago I lived in the area and SanSai was a go-to lunch spot often. I really enjoy the side salads they provide with their always well priced lunch combos. The food isn't fancy but it is filling, tasty, and on the healthier side.

They have a large menu with lots of options and there are a few locations in LA. They are worth checking out if you're in the area and want to grab a nice Japanese fast casual meal.

Great customer service and food was delicious. Paul was welcoming as well as the other staff. Definitely will be coming back.

I am visiting from Ohio and came with my family to try Japanese Dish for our first time and we are very satisfied with the food, place cleanliness, the service of all the stuffs are great. The ones in charge at the moment a very young man Carlos and a young lady Marina are very polite. The Chef on duty Jesus very good food. Courteous they went above and beyond with the steak and and grilled chicken . Sushi rolls. Kids menu. Salmon. Chicken great. Wonderful place to eat. Food is delicious!

My problem with quickie restaurants is they usually get the salmon wrong. Normally, it's too dry. That happens at alot of places and then they put this sweet sauce on. . . At this restaurant, they get the salmon just right. . . and you can request not to have the sauce put on. . .
My husband gets the sushi. . and it's pretty good as well. Not too much rice. . . I know there are other sushi places that are better. . . but this place is just relaxed. And the salads that come with the plates are very, very tasty. . and you get 4 choices usually. . . different locations and you get mixed results, but this location is very good. We will return.

Under this new management I felt so welcomed, thus I need to recognize the food is so much better, flavors and completely tasty, I'd go every time here and I highly recommend it

Too delicious! Cooked fresh, i cant get enough of this food, my favorite side is the oriental salad with tempura veggies and shrimp. And the prices are great.

This place is an out of the way sushi/ Japanese restaurant
The Sushi is freshly made and full of flavor and the teriyaki chicken it's a great option you can also pick several side dishes like rice cucumber salad pasta salads and more they have Fountain drinks as usual there is an ample amount of seeding indoors and Outdoors the floors are clean the restrooms are kept very tidy there are big screens showing the news and big tall floor-to-ceiling windows that give the restaurant a very open space feel there is no table service but there staff is very friendly
I would definitely visit again and enjoy the combination would you get teriyaki chicken and California roll with rice and one salad, it is the best combo in their menu, in my opinion

Work at Marco's next door and have been going for awhile. Last time got the spicy chicken, best bento I've ever had. The spicy chicken is just the teriyaki chicken with a spice but is to die for!
