I bought a flower arrangement for a friend of mine and I totally was amazed how they did. I didn’t expected how beautiful is it. It looks like they go over the top with the price I paid. I will use suzy’s Garden all the time.

My aunt recently passed after a long illness with cancer. For her ceremony, my unlce ordered a flower arrangement from this shop. Flowers are usually brought in time for viewing then burial. My uncles flowers never made it to our ceremony. When my mother and uncle inquired about this with the shop owner, she was rude and stated that they had made the flower arrangement and delivered it outside in the morning. She went as far as showing a picture of the arrangement they made as proof, which begs the question how often this happens to this place. If needed, we have our own pictures of all other arrangements next to one another from another flower shop, except this one. First, when you deliver an arrangement in the morning for a 2:30 pm ceremony, maybe have a procedure in place to let the cemetery staff know for which family its for….since the venue is used almost every hour for a different family each time. They flowers were most likely placed with another ceremony due to their carelessness and no SOP.

Second, what type of customer service is this? Take responsibility and apologize for the mistake, and make an attempt to sound sympathetic. I am almost certain there will be some type of “sorry, still training” response for this review like all the other responses. It does not take any type of training to provide customer service and be nice when you are part of ownership. Money was paid for a service and that service was not provided. They made sure to let us know its not their problem and no refund will be provided. There are 100s of flower shops nearby. Spend your money elsewhere.

I tried this flower shop on 8-26-20. They waited until I walked in asked me what I wanted to spend than increased the price by $20 ? The lady I spoke with over the phone, Amy didn't even CARE to thank me for my business when I walked in ? Kind of looked at me than said "oh, hi" They had bouquets of roses for $45 yet they sold me Star Gazers, Tulips and a few OLD roses for $70 ??? I had them delivered 8 minutes away and they still charged me extra ? They never told me the delivery fee's ? Got bit by mosquito's in the shop ? First try to give my business, I even brought my girls favorite Pink vase, Last time I'll buy from here, customer service was bad.....
