Just a Hispanic craving some good ol chilaquilles this morning ....I decided to try this place mexico 86 ! Oh man oh man where do I start delicious scrumtious savoring Mexican food straight fire the birria was a 10 the chilaquilles was a 10 it was all good and service was great very nice people open for 34 years come show your people some love !!! Delicious !!!

First time here and I love it, owner personally took care of us and even stop to chat with us about this place, he was very polite and friendly, as well his wife and family that runs this family restaurant, food it's authentic Mexican and very delicious, definitely this is a must return place to enjoy a delicious meal

Very authentic and delicious Mexican food. I've been coming to this restaurant for many years and quality of food is still the same as the beginning.
Coming from a coastal family, I can tell you this seafood is always as fresh can be... Specially the oysters!
And definitely recommend the "Huachinango al mojo de ajo " (Red Snapper with garlic gravy) 10/10

One of the best Mexican restaurants in Los Angeles 💯 fresh squeeze orange juice, hand made tortillas, cute family owned restaurant. If you like authenticity Mexico 86 is the way to go! I’ve been coming here for 20 years highly recommend it!

We went here for my mom's birthday. I can easily compare this place to El Pescador but I wouldn't be doing them any justice. This place was better hands down.. the food was excellent, the tortillas were hand made and the salsa was actually hot.. not guero-ed down.

My second time there food was great 👍👍

When I was a teenager I just to eat there very day after work, sit and listen to my corridos and a hamburger 🍔. It's been more then 15yrs I got there but they make you feel like family, the owner real good people. One of this days I'll go and hope he remembers me and try all those good plates of mariscos.👍👍

This restaurant was very good the soda was cold and they have glass bottles of coke. Mmm so good! I had a fajita mixtas so much shrimp and asada I can eat again later. I was so hungry I forgot to take a pic!

Very delicious Mexican food. Try to go early if your going in the weekend. It gets very busy. But the service is fast. The only horrible thing about this location is the parking. But it's worth it.

So Super good!! I'm doomed!! Chilaquiles from anywhere else will not even come close into comparison to this place. Super yummy.
