Hidden gem, honestly.
If you want it to LOOK like a Hilton, go to a Hilton. If you want to pay a really reasonable price for a very clean room, VERY clean bathroom, super effecient check in and convenience, this is the spot.
Front desk was quick and kind, room smelled clean and was visibly clean. Beautiful little spot.

Hidden gem! Exceeded all expectations at this price point. Nothing stood out as reprehensible or shady during my stay; room was clean and staff was helpful + friendly. Good, honest place in a cool neighborhood. Don’t knock it ‘til you’ve tried it!

I was a little worried after getting to my room and then reading the reviews about them wanting to keep the $100 deposit. But I didn’t have a problem getting back like everyone is saying in their other reviews. It was overall okay experience. You get what you pay for in a sense. The room wasn’t like Marriott level clean but it’s not the Marriott people. Check in was easy, and check out was easy. There’s a nice little patio area on the second story that looks pretty cute and nice for smokers to smoke to avoid smoking in their room.

For the price the rooms are amazing. These are the cleanest rooms I've been in. The beds are a little uncomfortable but I can still get good sleep. There are many restaurants nearby and an in-unit washer & dryer for guest use. There are also many laundromats here. Give this place a try! The cleaning staff and front desk staff are all lovely and friendly.

Very quiet inside the court, people were great nice and respectful. The women that clean rooms are all nice good hard workers. It's good place stay.

Very reasonable and clean yes maybe the breakfast isn't 1st class but hey you are not paying 300 bucks per night, they give you a nice modest breakfast which is good enough and it's included they can just give you nothing like in most places but they are good about it

Cheap and clean that what everyone wants, this place tries the best to keep costs low and ok even is not easy they try the motel is mostly very good you will sleep comfortable and peace of mind they have an eye on the parking lot for you

Great hotel for the price, good beds and clean rooms. Staff is very helpful and there is tons of restaurants nearby. Great place for those on a budget.

The places was very nice, clean and sanitized. The staff not so polite and a bit noisy but over all it was a good experience

Not bad. It's quite good place to stay. Out side of buding is old, but inside of facilities are good.
