My commercial swamp cooler had not been properly maintained and was in terrible shape. Fortunately, Tyler with Downey Plumbing was able to get it running beautifully. He carefully diagnosed the problem and explained the process to restore it. What a relief to find a reliable service technician at a fair price! Moving forward, I will use Downey Plumbing for all of my business's AC/Heating (and swamp cooler) needs.

Marcos and Axle were great in diagnosing and fixing our leak underground. They had to almost dig down thru 3 feet of concrete and dirt to find the leak. They took careful measurements to make sure they didn't need to dig more than necessary. We are grateful for their professionalism and promptness.

Great communication! They came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it - did a really good job. My only issue with any company is when they ask to come inside and use the bathroom. It would be nice if they would find a fast food place prior to arrival.

We love Downey Plumbing!! They are always professional, timely, and thorough. We have used them for many years. The service is always well-done , and you don’t have to wait forever for someone to show up like a lot of other companies. They explain everything as they go and refer to any additional service that may be needed without you having to do anything other than answer the phone and set the appointment. We have had small and major service done, including major work, cleaning, and addition to sewer pipes performed. Their employees are always polite and friendly. You always feel heard and not rushed through. Have never been disappointed with them.

I've used Downey Plumbing Heating & Air for many years at multiple locations and they've installed air conditioning, upgraded plumbing, and recently they installed a new garbage disposal. They are always professional and will make sure the job is done correctly. Recently I had Marcos and Alberto install the in sink garbage disposal. They did an excellent job and left zero mess (they even cleaned up the mess that was there before they arrived). I will continue to use Downey in the future.

The plumbing technician Rodrigo was the best!! He took his time to really analyze the issue and went above and beyond to explain and answer all of our questions. Alicia and Jose were terrific. They’re very personable and they listen. They fixed two of the three plumbing problems today, my toilet and washer drain. They will be back to install my garbage disposal. I will give them another rating at that time.

Plumbing technician German & another associate removed under the kitchen sink, the reverse osmosis equipment & filters within a short time. This gave us more room for storage. Nice clean work, no spills, no mess. Will have them install new filtering sys later.. very good & very clean jòb.
