I’ve been coming to this cleaners for years. It was very convenient since they are located nearby. Customer service was always great and their cleaning service was real good. However, the cleaners is now under new ownership/management. They have false advertising promo prices for Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s. When you request the promotion their restrictions and limitations for the pricing is very confusing. Needless to say, even though we took garments on a Tuesday, we didn’t qualify for any discounts. In addition, I tried paying with a credit card and they imposed a mandatory 3% surcharge. I thought that was illegal, not sure. I thought you could raise price for credit use, but not a percentage increase on the sale.

Nonetheless, this left a bad taste in my mouth and I likely will not be returning.
