Friendly staffs, doctor and nurse. You have to make an appointment and they call you right away. More caring and answer all your questions.

I cannot express the gratitude in this review, this urgent care center is the best. They took care of all my family including myself. From taking us in right away and making the check in process fast and efficient and the attention and care we received from all the staff it’s beyond a 5 star review. The follow up aftercare and digital communication we received is impeccable. Providing medicine on the spot. Strongly recommend this place. For all urgent care needs. New quick service. Urgent care visits are made by appt only (phone call / online). No more overcrowded waiting area.

While I can’t speak for the people who have posted unfavorable reviews to their experiences , I love coming to this clinic. I’ve been five times and the health service I’ve received here has been excellent.

The staff is so kind, friendly, and down to earth. Every time I’ve visited I see them laughing and joking with each other. I can tell people really seem to love working here and it really shows when it comes to their service! I always feel listened to and comfortable while receiving care. I could not be happier with my experiences.

There is also a huge, free parking lot that saves so much of a headache when it comes to visits. I’ve never had trouble parking here. Which in LA is a godsend.

I felt nothing but welcome at this clinic. From the front desk to all the people helping me through a routine physical everyone was so so kind. I know a place like this can sometimes be a bit intimidating to go to but it wasn’t, they service and help so many people. Thank you to everyone there!

Very accommodating to appts. Only negative thing to say is that medical assistants in the front are somewhat rude act as if they are RNs.

Faster than before. Great staff. Cleaner than before too. I last time I was here was 5 years ago. A lot improved when I went in last weekend

Why can't I just be scheduled for a Dental Visit when am already there in the Clinic- Live and Direct, instead of being asked to go home and call in to schedule an appointment!!!
