We took our dinning room drapes to Le Fran's for cleaning.. Manny guaranteed a beautiful job. When we picked them up, Le Fran's cleaners shrunk them nine inches. $2000 drapes ruined! To extend the curtains to the original length, a professional service is going to charge me $481. I spoke to Manny at Le Fran's and he gave me the run around and refused to accept responsibility for the damage. I asked that he pay the cost of repairing the drapes and ultimately he refused. He said they are having problems paying the rent and offered us only $100 for the damage. Not only are we out $481 for drapery repair, we're also out the $90 we were charged to clean the drapes. When we explained that we would take this to court, he said go ahead and now he is not paying anything. No customer should ever be treated this way for an error Le Fran's made. No one should go to this cleaner.

Stay away from this place. They ruined a sweater that is worth over $1,000 because they did not follow cleaning instruction. I cleaned that same sweater with the previous owner without any problems. It is under the new ownership. They don’t even do the cleaning at the premises anymore. They did not offer any compensation. I will take them to the small claim court. Will post the update.
