I've been with Ott Insurance for a little over 5 years. Good people, good service, and locally owned. They support various insurance companies and they will compare rates for you to get you the best bang for your buck!

I just called and got the owner on the phone. He answered my questions right away and made the adjustments I needed really quickly. He even caught an error on my billing which I didn't know about. He corrected it for me so my bank would handle the Escrow correctly. I was only on the phone for a few minutes. I really like their service and highly recommend them.

We have a commercial storage condo policy and our motorcycle policies with Ott Insurance. We have always experience excellent customer service from the Doug, Griffin and Abbey. They have handled all of our needs, question and concerns quickly and efficiently.

I have been with Ott Insurance for years. I love the professionalism and yet personal touch of this office. Griffin has always been quick to act and easy to work with. Plus, they are the cheapest in the area.

They took care of all of my issues and they are very friendly.

Customer service has really went down hill over the last year. I have not been able to get a call or email back from Ott Insurance. They seen to never open no matter what time of day I call and always get the voicemail that says they are closed when it is the middle of the day. I cancelled my insurance a month ago and still have not received my refund check.

Highest price ever. I Just moved from Florida I was looking for car insurance. I would never recommend it to anyone
