TD Ameritrade

Alex Allen is incredibly amazing. Ive been with TDA for many years and tonight I called with some very important questions, regarding my trading account. He took his time to walk me though all the answers and and was very patient, detailed and helpful. He was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was set. I have yet to have an experience with a support representative to went so out of his way to make sure all my questioned were successfully answered. If you have a TDA account keep in mind they have 24/7 live phone support to help you with all your trading questions. Super happy about my call tonight. Keep in my my review is solely based on excellent phone support and not of any specific branch walk in while I have yet to visit a physical branch.

Stay away from TD Ameritrade Beverly Hills and Edwin Nunez. He has no respect for women and minorities. I have personally witnessed the terrible customer service towards my partners and friends by this branch. They only want to deceive you to transfer all your accounts and if you ask any questions or object to their unethical bad practices, they will become vindictive and engage in retaliation to avoid you reporting them for their unprofessional practices such as standing you up for appointments without any apology only to deter you from asking for transparency and accountability. They insist on having you work only with their friends to get commissions for referrals and if you don’t, they will ignore your questions. Edwin Nunez is the definition of a very unprofessional and disrespectful person with zero mannerism and no transparency. The managers at the Beverly Hills branch are non existent. I have read other reviews here and on YELP saying very similar 1 star reviews and then there is a pretentious review offering a fake email address from TD Ameritrade expressing remorse which is all game and no real remedy. SEC NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED. Do yourself a favor and never walk into TD AMERITRADE or they will sell you bunch of insurance by their friends and try to take advantage of you financially. If you ever object, there will be more disrespect, retribution, rudeness, ignorance and more unprofessionalism.

Horrible experience - after 7 years of using Ameritrade as my brokerage there were fraudulent charges that occurred out of the country. After a lengthy claim, they did not side in my favor even after having my work involved that I was in the country (2400) in charges.

I would not recommend using Ameritrade, support is awful and they will not protect you.

We went to the office about 9 days ago to create open a new joint account with my business associates. Keep in mind we all already have individual accounts with this company. We gave the information to Sonja at the Beverly Hills office. She stated the account should take 48 hrs to create. When we called customer service to verify the information wasnt faxed or scanned over correctly with all the information. We are still handling this issue as of now. This is very disappointing. In this situation I blame the employee at this branch by not being a follow through individual.

We called customer service and got it resolved.
