I was actually quite happy to go to cam until today. I have been going to cam for 6 years and now that's going to change. I read on this as well that TurboTax is better than these guys so I'll probably just end up doing that and save myself a whole bunch of money. when I called to make an appointment and was told that I wouldn't be able to be seen at all that there were no available appointments for my completely easy to do tax return so I will not be going to him ever again the person on the phone wasn't very helpful and was simply apologetic which wasn't any help at all I'm very disappointed and ill make sure to let everyone else I know NOT to go to him.

Turbo tax is better than them. Don't go there unless you have a complicated return. Besides that he won't itemized anything unless you have the proper documentation. I felt turbotax software is more up to date.
