Wonderful experience. The doctor was so nice Had my chipped tooth repaired so quickly. The front desk staff took care of me so well and explained all the questions I had. Their smile was welcoming :)

I lost my upper retainer made years ago by another dentist. NW Smiles is making a new one for me! And they used newer technology to make 3D scans of my teeth instead using the older impression method. Scans were sent to a 3rd party lab and the new retainer should be back and ready to pick up in about a week.

Staff were kind and caring. Easy to talk to and they listen to your needs. Polite and professional. Skilled and knowledgeable. If you have any questions they will take the time to answer them in depth and they will explain exactly what is going on. Great experience.

Staff is so welcoming Amanda did my X-rays and cleaning she was extremely knowledgeable and so friendly and had so much patience she answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything! They were great with my 4 year old they made sure his first time was amazing!

I’ve been going to Northwest Smiles for a year now since living in DuPont and every single time I leave there I have learned something more valuable to take better care of my teeth and gums. The team there Is so incredibly pleasant and welcoming. I love it!

I've been to this office twice and both times had a very positive experience. I like that they offer their own insurance plan without a deductible or restrictions. I have only recieved teeth cleaning so I cannot comment on dental work. I do need to have a crown replaced and was given a written quote for the work which I appreciated so there would be no surprises.

This place has maintained caring people who are patient and respectful. I've taken my children to them for 4 years and if we weren't PCSing, I'd continue services with these wonderful group of people. I'd also like to add that, my son has autism and they take time to make sure he's comfortable with the environment.

I have moved around the country and have seen my fair share of dentist and this place by FAR has been amazing to the point of tears after my visit. I have always had a bad experience with feeling pain when I get work done so I was high anxiety when I went here and not only are they all friendly from the moment you walk in at the front desk to the moment you leave. They are knowledgeable, personable, attentive, and put patients needs first. I didn't feel a thing and I also wanted to know more info on getting a crown and my wonderful dentist Ms. Sheryl took the time to thoroughly explain it to me. No one else has ever done that. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your kindness Sheryl, Kim, Carmen, Mariah and the rest of the girls!
